We both seem to have an overall better sunny disposition nowI wish it did not cost so much, but taking these drops and B-12 drops for 2 months, seems to be helping my autistic son and myself, with mood swings and anxiety. We both seem to have an overall better sunny disposition now. 5Blood work results show these drops work!**I paid full price both times I purchased these Vitamin D drops from Amazon and I was never asked to write a review **In December of 2015 my Vitamin D levels were at 27. My doctor recommended Vitamin D drops (store bought ones that you swallow) but after doing some research of my own I decided on a liquid form of Vitamin D with Vitamin K2 as both of these combined enhance the absorption of Vitamin D into your body. It comes in a cute little bottle and has a dropper which is easy to use. My doctor recommended I take 2,500 IU a day initially to get my Vitamin D levels up quickly. So I took one drop in the morning and one drop in the evening for the next several months. I never had any side effects from using these drops. I read that Vitamin D is also better absorbed with something fatty so I would squirt a drop on foods such as peanut butter, eggs or any type of meat we would have for dinner. I would always do this on my first bite of food as these drops have a minty taste but once I started eating the rest of my meal this minty taste would disappear. In May of 2016 my Vitamin D levels were at 82. This goes to show these drops really do work! I since reduced my intake to one drop a day and I am currently not adding any drops now that summer is in full force. But I will surely start back up in the fall :) So if you are unsure about which Vitamin D vitamins to purchase I would highly recommend you try these! 5Really Helped to Raise my Vitamin D Level!This liquid vitamin has helped me combat a serious Vitamin D deficiency. My level was 4 - very low - just 6 months ago. Now it is 30, which is the bottom end of normal. I've no doubt that it will rise toward medium normal in time. I feel much better, and problems from the deficiency are healing (such as dermatitis).All in all, great stuff - and priced fairly. Also, the liquid form is wonderful. No stomach problems. I take it with supper, and I'm all set. I suggest that you determine your dose with your doctor if you have a deficiency. (I was "prescribed" 3 drops because my deficiency was serious, and that dose can be reduced now.)I hope others find as much help from this product as I have! :) 5Levels raised from 28 to 55 in 2 monthsI purchased this based on the amount of K2 per dose. Adults should aim for 100-200 mcg per day and this offers 25mcg/1200iu Vitamin D. I needed to take 8000-10000iu per day, so this worked out perfectly. In less than 2 months my levels went from 28 to over 50! Now I've cut back to about 2000iu. My doctors told me they've found that HIV and bone cancer patients with low Vitamin D levels do not respond well to treatments until their vitamin D levels have improved. Also, my reproductive endocrinologist's IVF patients with low vitamin D have a reduced rate of the pregnancy taking. My purpose for taking it is reccuring miscarriage. So, it is very important and this particular type is phenomenal! 5This product has soy in itThis product works in terms of delivering vitamin D and K2; however, it does contain SOY. The packaging it not marked to let you know that which is why I'm giving it only three stars. Natto is soy, and it does contain natto. If you have a soy allergy like me, this is very important to know. 3Unflavored version, I love it!I've been shopping for a vitamin D3 and a separate K2 supplement for a long time. I did a lot of research and eventually came to this one. I didn't find that the other supplements were meeting my standards or desires so I found one that was a combination of both I was very happy. I believe that a liquid form is superior and this was exactly what I wanted!I've been taking it for a few weeks and I found myself feeling a bit better. Also for some reason when I take D3 I have more vibrant dreams I'm not sure if its just my imagination but that's what seems to occur not saying it happens to anyone else but when I know I'm getting a potent mix this is what happens to me.I don't get a lot of sun so this was in fact perfect for me.It's unflavored the great thing about this is unlike some other reviews on the flavored one they said they weren't happy with how it tasted right before food and after if they took some drops after well I found these to be completely tasteless! You actually have to look in the mirror to see them fall on your tongue or under it because its hard to feel them without any taste at all. You can also put them in your drink or however else you wish to take it.Support: This was one thing I found amazing I originally received an email from them asking if when I got it I would have any questions. Well I emailed them back not noticing what day of the week it was, it was Saturday after midnight and within a few hours I received a reply to my question! A follow up email and question received a reply later that Sunday! This really impressed me they seemed to really care about me as a customer and about my questions. So I like this product and I feel really good about using it. 5Helps to control MY AsthmaFor years I suffered with asthma, allergy and cold induced. Since asthma is an autoimmune problem, I knew I was deficient somewhere. After 25+ years, Vit D3 with the k2 does the trick! I am deficient per my labs - but my MD was clueless. I requested a Vit D test - yep! I ordered these drops and for 1 month, 1 drop after dinner. My symptoms are virtually non-existent. If you have a kid or are an adult, get your vitamin D levels checked, then do your own research! The K2 is needed for various reasons. Again -DO your homework. It s YOUR life. I m so relieved. No mire meds for me. 5Feeling Better!After doing a bunch of research (and reading tons of product reviews) I ordered this and have been taking it daily for about a week now.I won't say that my reaction has been miraculous but I can feel a difference in my mental clarity and my emotional outlook. I deal with depression and what I call "brain weasels" seem to be quieter. (You know, those self-defeating, mental re-runs where every possible failure/rejection you've experienced magnifies and runs rampant through your brain at 3am? Yeah, those...)The drops are very easy to take, with a mild minty taste and no oily-feeling in my mouth (so texture-yuck isn't a problem.) It is recommended to take with a meal with some fat in it so I take a couple drops under my tongue during breakfast and don't have to remember to take any pills.(You know how you have a drawer full of vitamins and always forget to take them every day? Yeah, me too.)I haven't had my levels tested and yes, I am self-medicating but when one can't afford doctors, one does what one can.So while I won't say that my whole life has turned around, I will say that these seem to be making a very good difference in my quality of life and I'm feeling no side effects, I will keep taking this. 5Finally on the chartI have fibromyalgia and a common problem with fibromyalgia sufferers is a vitamin D deficiency. Now it s not known if the deficiency is a side effect of fibromyalgia or if it is a contributor to the condition. Either way it is nearly impossible to be within the normal range and just as rare. I was struggling and taking massive doses and unable to bring my Vitamin D levels up. After years of struggling and trying different brands and formats I never could get the levels within the acceptable range. A friend suggested I try a liquid source. The first brand I tasted aweful with an even worse aftertaste and was very expensive. The same friend recommended I use Live Wise brand. This has more tolerable taste. Hard to describe it is not a strong taste in fact borders on having no taste Kind of taste like paper. In addition you only need a few drops. I place the dropper in my cheek and rub the liquid into my cheek. This helps with obsorbtion My tests proof this as my mire recent results have my levels within the normal range. The last time I was in range I was giving myself twice daily injections. I am barely in the range but for the first timein nearly 30 years I AM there. Of course I will continue to use Live Wise liquid Vitamin D3 with K2. 5If you feel like you are getting sick...This liquid Vit D3 and K2 is great for warding off a cold or viral outbreaks. Amazing. If I feel like I'm going to get sick, I up my dose to 20,000 IU's for a couple of days then wean back down to 5-10,000 IU's. (This was recommended by my naturopath, you should probably get your levels of Vit D tested before taking..) Most of us are low in Vit D, even in sunny states where we get a lot of outdoor sunshine. You can overdose on Vit D but it's a rare thing since most of us are deficient. My body much prefers liquid over tablets and the absorption is great. Always take Vit D (a fat soluble vit) with food containing some fat for better absorption. 5
