not consistent with the flavor and textureI buy these cookies all the time from Traders Joe's They're my favorite. I know how they're supposed to taste. I ordered a two pack one was completely horrible. The other one was off the hook delicious. I don't know they could screw up the recipe. From one box to the other It was like two different companies made the cookies. I'll just stick to buying them from Trader Joe's. Crooks. There onely 3.99 at the store. What a rip off.1If you love ginger snaps and you live near a trader joes ...This is a magnificent product. If you love ginger snaps and you live near a trader joes I say buy this product. However if you live in the sticks like I do. Don't buy it because they are not readily available. I am not trouncing the product because once you taste a Triple Ginger Snap Cookie, you will never want another brand. Eating the Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Snap is like growing up and moving out of your parent's house. Once gone you never want to go back. These cookies are magnificent. The common on the shelf product can't compare.5Fresh product from seller, but amazon packer must have stepped on 1 of them.Very fresh! Like how the 2 pk is tied shut and not taped. Bought 3 2-pks --- cannot imagine HOW the top container in 1 of the 1-pks got so smashed that 1/4 of the whole perimeter was completely separated from the cover's rim, and therefore ginger snaps had spilled out. The amazon outside box was not damaged. An amazon person who put my 3 packs into the box must have stepped onto one of them!4Definitly not a triple-ginger tasting cookie!These are supposed to be triple ginger but they are way less ginger-tasting than either the Nabisco or Stauffer brands. The size is @ 1/3 less in diameter and a bit thicker; it does not "snap" but is crisp. When they break they are messy due to the crumbs. I like using ginger root in baked goods as well as a tea but I could barely taste the bits of root in the cookies. I will not buy this brand again.3Cookies arrived in good shape. Caution: Sometimes they arrive very stale even though the expiry date is good and the seal is intact. I am very suspicious of Amzn's storage facilities not being cool enough to keep perishables fresh, and perhaps having wide swings in temperature.5Great Ginger SnapsI have had these ginger snaps before where I purchased them from Trader Joes. These ones seemed to be less fresh and were far less chewy and more of a hard cookie. I preferred the fresh ones from Trader Joes, so I don't know if I will purchase these online again. However, if you're near a Trader Joes... get them, they are delicious!3Triple Ginger snapsThese are soooo good. They are crispy and tender. There are little chewy pieces of crystallized ginger... and the cookies taste like ginger. I love ginger snaps, but some are tough. These are very crisp - but not at all tough. Each cookie is about the size of 50 cent piece. They are are very easy to eat - maybe too easy. I will buy these again.5
