You won t be disappointedI was given a bottle of the Hill Country garlic infused olive oil for my birthday last year. I later visited their facility and took the tour. I was fascinated with the entire process. The oil is delicious and I use it all the time. It enhances the taste of everything, especially roasted chicken or sprinkled over roasted brussel sprouts.
