Work very wellI really believe that these are helping my joints immensely I recommend them for everyone 5The only downfall is they're pretty big. ButI was worried about taking these because I read some complain of a fishy aftertaste on other Omegas. These have NO aftertaste at all. The only downfall is they're pretty big. But, what do you expect for all that's included? I'd rather take one big pill than several small ones. 5and I'm quite pleased with themThis is my second bottle, and I'm quite pleased with them. The unique thing about this 90 soft gels (suggests taking two a day for a 45 day supply, but I only take one a day) is that it supplies Omega 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids in each soft gel.You should be aware that the pills are quite large and some people may have a problem swallowing them. I do not have that problem but I can see how some people might not like to take these pills because of the size.After I ordered it recently I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received it. I just begun taking them and I take them with my meals.
