easy and convenient to use I like this product. When I lost my first, I had to find exactly the same and buy it.It is very easy to use, doesn't take too much time. You don't have to worry about batteries, and so you can take it with you on your trips.The special paper I am buying in the Home Depot, so I don't need to overpay for buying on Amazon. 5Miracle ToolI can't say enough good things about this item. It is amazing at changing mistreated feet into soft and smooth well cared for feet. I personally have tried/own everything from the ped egg, the pumice stone to the electronic items none of them work as well or as fast as this. I would recommend this callous reducer to the person that gets weekly pedicures as well as the person that doesn't look down until it's flipflop season. Both will love this amazing little tool. I say all of that without even mentioning the super budget friendly price. I bought one for myself and will buy one for my 13 year old barefoot walking son. I even convinced my sister to buy one. By convince I mean she witnessed the miracle between my before and after feet. After that she was convinced this callous remover was magic. (No judgement plz) I did take the advice from another reviewer and bought the 3M 99440 Pro-Pak Drywall Sanding Screens. They look, feel and perform just like the screen that came with the callous remover. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it should've came with a little robot so you didn't have to lift a finger - jk. I hate that you end up with a mound of dead skin on the bathroom floor. I wish they would've designed a catcher for the skin particles. If it had the skin catcher (aside from the robot) it would've been absolutely perfect.4A miracle for ugly feet. Ugly feet. I have them. Dry, cracked, and lots of calluses. I have been searching for the right tools and/or products to help tame them. I happened across a reviewer on YouTube who recommended the Sof Feet Callus Reducer in combination with Sole Food cream. I ordered both products and am 100% satisfied. The reducer should be used on DRY feet before showering/bathing, and before applying any lotion or cream. I put a towel under my feet to catch the "dust" and go to work on the calluses. When the screen gets "full"...I just tap it on the towel to empty it. When I am done, I wash my feet and then apply Sole Food cream. Another Youtube reviewer recommend just picking up drywall sanding screens to do the same thing, but I like having a handle to to grip. However, I will probably buy some to use for replacements in the Sof Feet rasp. 5HIghest quality of callus reducer on market, but not magicThis doesn't work any better or worse than any of the other callus reducers out there. It's the highest quality of reducer I've bought, and I've bought them all. It's a perfect gift for a gift basket of foot related products as it screams 5-star resort quality - very heavy duty and luxurious looking. I'm impressed with the construction, heft and feel of it. As far as it working better than anything else? Not so much. It DOES last longer than the crap you buy at Walmart or CVS or even Bed Bath and Beyond, but it is just a hair above the other stuff in performance. The longer you soak your feet the better. I would use/prefer or buy it over any other unit simply because of the quality of construction and the look and heft of it. Very substantial, worth the price. It's easy and wow, it works like a charm! You use on your dry feet - no soaking to soften the calluses! No bin of water or wet mess. Just kick off your shoes and go! The skin comes off in powder-fine particles leaving a smooth surface. So, you know those callus shavers that produce an embarrassing pile of big, dirty flakes of skin? Or the "cheese grater" which creates smaller flakes? You still have to follow those procedures with a smoothing pumice. Not with this Sof Feet Callus Remover! Read other comments about using medium drywall sanding screen as inexpensive replacement material. I'm off to the hardware store! 5The best for my money.This is by far the best callus remover that I have found and I have 5 other types. Electric,battery, Dremel, and another battery style. This beats them all and I showed it to a friend and she loved it so much she had me order 3 more for her family. It is also easy to make your own replacement screens if you are so inclined. 120 grit drywall sanding screen from Home Depot at around $3.00 for 2 sheets which makes 14 separate screens. If you have had trouble with hard dry cracked heels, for my money this is the ticket.5Great for dry heels and solesI watched a YouTube video about this product and decided to try it.I'm glad I did!I walk around barefoot in my house, and wear sandals during the warmer months,so my callouses build up and my heels have deep cracks in them.I have had pedicures done at establishments that use a chemical peel, a razordevice, and sanding sponges, and all work to varying degrees, though a few timestoo much callous has been removed and my heels sting for the better part of aweek afterwards.This product does a good job of sanding dead skin off, and it is best used on dry feet.My feet are softer and the cracks are much less noticeable.I am putting cream on my feet and wearing socks to maintain the softness.The main advantage of purchasing the tool is to continue maintenance betweenpedicures, or to save money by doing them yourself.When I opened the package the first time, my husband immediately recognized thesanding squares as drywall screen, so I would recommend not purchasing the refillpackage for an extra $10 as I did. Gives you a handle to work with, and will hold any type of screen or sanding material......I love this thing, my feet have never been so smooth, thanks 5The best of the best Okay I've been on a mission to find the perfect callous reducer for my cracked and bleeding heels. I have to laugh - I've bought way too many of these things in the last 6 months. But here's the final say. Although I love the electric rolling callus removers, the replacement rolls cost too much and have to be replaced too often. The big callous grater works if you have very heavy callouses like I did. But once you rasp them down AND keep up on your pedi care you don't need the grater any longer. (You have to stay on top of callous reducing once you have them or they come right back and you have to start over again -sigh) This reducer gets my vote as the best of the bunch. The screens last a long time, they're very effective and replacements are inexpensive. Buy a packet of the extra replacement screens right away when you order this. Then keep it near the bathtub to quickly buff callouses before and after a bath or shower. My heels are in better shape than they've ever been. I've also bought this for my daughter. Luckily, she learned from my purchases and doesn't now have a drawer full of these things. 5This thing is awesome! It's a little delicate This thing is awesome! It's a little delicate, so be careful. The first one I bought fell from my nightstand to the hardwood floor and broke (after ONE use!!). I was mad, yes indeed I was. But this tool was so awesome that I bought another one. It's worth it! I bought one for my sister too...It files away and smoothes those crusty dogs like no other. Don't over do it though. You don't want to file too much and hurt yourself! And don't even worry about purchasing replacement screens. Go to Walmart and get the drywall sander stuff. When you go, you will see which one.Here is how I use it:Use at night, on dry feet (over a garbage can). Wash your feet, pat dry, and apply a cream with 40% urea cream and Vicks vaporub. Cover with socks. Use the callus reducer once a week. Apply the urea cream/vicks every night. You will thank me later.You're welcome. ;-) 5Really takes away dead skin! This thing is weird but totally works. It's like a tony screen and all you have to do is run it in circular motions on your clauses and it sort of grinds the dead skin away. The screen fills up with dead skin but you just tap it on a towel and it comes off. Leaves your feet so smooth! 5Love this tool! I love this callus remover tool. The best part is that you can replace those screens when they start getting worn out. We just buy the drywall sanding screen pack at Lowe's and cut them to size. Works like a charm! I highly recommend it. 5Works great! I had these made by H2o company, and they were discontinued by H2o I was so upset! Saw these and was so happy I bought 3 and extra replacements! This removed callous better than anything else! You get smooth results! 5Calluses be gone After buying MANY other callus removers, I bought Sof Feet Callus Reducer and my calluses were gone. I have now used this callus remover for years . I have a big calluses on the side of my big toes and on both heels. They can get really bad. But when I get out the Sof Feet Callus reducer, they are gone in minutes. I love love this product. 5
