This blend works great!I wanted a blend to help relax me and get a good night's sleep. This blend works great! I work two jobs and I need to relax as soon as I can when I get home so I can get enough sleep. Diffusing this blend has helped me get the sleep I need.5IT ACTUALLY WORKS! I LOVE IT!I have to admit that I was a little skeptical as to whether or not aromatherapy would really help me. I am a lifelong Insomniac and have a very difficult time relaxing before bedtime or getting sleepy. However, from the very first use I could tell a difference. The scent is amazing and it really does relax me and help me get ready for bed. I also feel like it helps me get sleepy. I am on my third bottle now and I absolutely love it and will continue to purchase it! Oh, and here's a tip you may find helpful...Purchase a small glass bottle with a roller ball, that you can also get on Amazon, and pour the contents of the aromatherapy oil into that bottle. That makes it easier to apply to your skin, and I also use it to apply the oil to my pillow case to ensure a restful sleep.5Finally getting solid sleep!I've used different essential oils in my diffuser at night to help me sleep and the Good Night Essential Oil Blend us by far the best. I usually have trouble getting to sleep and then after finally getting to sleep I often wake up around 3:30am and can't get back to sleep. Since I started using this essential oil both problems have gone away and I'm getting a solid 8 hours of sleep. It isn't an overstatement to say that Good Night Essential Oil Blend has been life changing for me!5ComparableI have previously used the Doterra sleep blend, and loved it. While looking to order more I came upon this blend and thought I would give it a try. I must say it smells just like the Doterra blend ( to me). I use this blend with fractionated coconut oil and I just added it to my magnesium lotion.5It works!OK. I'm pretty skeptical about the whole aromatherapy thing but this stuff really works! I've been using a drop or so on my pillow as well as rubbing it on the soles of my feet, and I fall asleep in just a few minutes. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I dab some on my wrists (I sleep with my hands under my head) and I'm right back to sleep. It works better than melatonin!5Fantastic.Fantastic. The only drawback is the bottle is dark so it's hard to see when you run out. I thought the hole was just getting clogged and that's why it wasn't coming out good since it seemed like it still has liquid in it. I highly recommend this essential oil! I will be buying again! 5Apply to feet!I've suffered from insomnia for several years. Even with high dosage meds, I rarely sleep thru the night. After reading the reviews, I decided to try this one. The 1st night I put it on my feet, I slept thru the night. I've lived with pain issues for many years as well, which disrupts sleep. Again, I continued to put this UNDILUTED oil on my feet & slept thru the night, continuously. Im a repeat customers with this oil. I think the key to this working is applying it to your feet. I have a very difficult time sleeping and the Prime Nature sleep relaxation blend helps me so much. You can use this in an oil diffuser but for me it works better placing some under my nostrils and behind my ears. I also place a few drops on my pillowcase as well. This mixture of scents especially the lavender and the chamomile calm me and make me feel just the right amount of relaxed for my mind to stop over thinking and get rest. I will keep ordering this product I love it!! Thanks for helping an insomniac finally get some sleep!5Really helpful for restI use it with some lotion every evening and spread it on my wrists and hands, making sure to take a couple deep breaths, then head to bed. It really helps me get a better night's sleep. I have experimented to be sure the oil is really making the difference and went off and on nights without it...they were not good night's for rest. SO, I really enjoy using this oil and am sure to take it with me as I head here and there. Folks around me say they like the way it smells...so, all good! Note: I tried it in a diffuser then had a terrible time getting up the next morning. It did not repeat while I let it finish diffusing it over that week. So, just a caution with that....I may have gotten too much in it too. So, might have been more my own fault.5Amazing.Amazing oil. My nearly 3 year old has really bad sleep issues. When this oil arrived I wanted to try it right away. I put 4 drops in my diffuser and everyone instantly felt calm and relaxed. My husband and my daughter actually took a nap! When it was time for bed (which is usually a long process full of tears) I diffused more in her room and put on some relaxing music, she was out in no time with no fuss what so ever.. Amazing! I only wish I gave oils a shot a long time ago.The oil arrived in perfect condition, on time and no leaks.5It works!!!!I have put this to the test, used it in the diffuser (mixed with a couple drops of lime or grapefruit to make the smell a bit better. The smell isn't awful but you know...) and it works! I used it 2 nights in a row and my 2 year old slept through the night and wasn't restless. Last night, I didn't use the diffuser and she was super restless and kept waking up. It's amazing! I definitely recommend it!5Ended Son's Night TerrorsOur son, who is 1 1/2-years-old, has been having night terrors. He wakes up thrashing and crying, and we can't get him to stop or calm until they're over. These terrors had been going on for 3 straight weeks. We diffuse this stuff and put some lavender oil on his hands (because he's a thumb sucker. So it puts it right under his nose) and feet, and he hasn't had a single night terror in almost a month now.5
