Do not use.I do not recommend these pads at all. I have just endured the worst itching and pain of my life. I'm 52. I'm not allergic to anything. Apparently the dye in these pads can make you feel like you have a yeast infection from h-e double hockey sticks. Two doctors later, I'm finally getting some relief. If you google it you will find pages and pages of women saying exactly what I'm saying. 1Why did they try to "fix" what wasn't broken!The product has changed, not for the better! In the picture that I provided, I prefer the older one on the left. The new one on the right is useless. The shape is bad, the size seems shorter and the adhesive does NOT stay in place!! I have used Poise pads since the 90s. I used Amazon Subscribe and Save, so I am now stuck with a lot of pads that I can not use. I have to now try to find another brand. I also cancelled Subscribe and Save. 1Seroiusly DisappointedThe first order of these that I got from Amazon was just what I ordered. I've been buying Poise pads for many years, for my mother and now for me. I know what they look like and how they perform. The product is always the same, in shape and dependability. That's why I buy them. Unfortunately, the second order of these that Amazon sent me was like a cheap knock-off incontinence pad that had been repackaged in the Poise package. The pads were thin, a different shape, and definitely not as reliable as Poise Pads are. When I tried to call Amazon customer service, the person I was connected to was at some sort of a party, and laughing, yelling, and general party noise was so loud that I couldn't hear them! Why was the Amazon Customer Service person at a party? I am seriously disappointed in Amazon. The cost of Prime has gone up, but their service and products have gotten worse. One thing is for sure, I'm not going to pay Amazon price for knock-off dollar store quality items!!! 1Allergic reaction with many women.There is something wrong with this product! I was having recurring yeast infections and irritation. Made several trips to GYN and Urologist. I realized that it started with this product. It took months to clear up. I just found out that other women are having the same problem. 1Completely ChangedI reordered a case of the exact same ones I bought last year and was shocked to discover the difference. These "new" ones are much thinner and do not hold the same amount as the old ones. Very flimsy. Extremely disappointed and very sorry I bought a case. 1Not the same pads we usually get.We have ordered poise pads for several years. The most recent delivery contained different pads from the usual order. Much thinner and of no use to my mother. Not as absorbent and no odor control as in the previous pads. The packaging said they were 4 absorbency and regular length. But the most recent delivery is not as good as the previous pads. I don t know how you will know until you get them. My mother has already used a portion of the pads so I don t think we can return the product. Disappointing and we re not going to order more. 1Zero consistency as to sizeONLY O.K! In the last four months I have ordered what I thought was the same product three times and have received three different products. This is a good reason to not "subscribe" to this kind of item. The first order was just right. So I evaluate the other two orders from it. The measurement of the pads in one shipment are thinner than the other two, slightly longer, and less adhesive. In another shipment the pads are 2 inches longer and 1/2 inch narrower. ALL three orders stated "Regular size, #4 absorbency" . All say Poise Incontinence Pads. I wish all the manufacturers of these pads would get smart and list measurements of the pads ( guess it would be hard to accurately measure absorbency) but stating length, width and thickness would be some help. IN a four month period a person should be able to count on the product being consistent from package to package and as advertised. Comfort and reliability being prime concerns. 3Caused severe skin irritation, pad tears when strip is removed. Something has changed.Terrible! The strip that you remove from the back of the pad is stuck to the side of the pad and tears the pad when removed. Also, these "New Look" pads have caused major skin irritation. It took me a while to put two and two together, I use the pads infrequently. I finally realized I was suffering the severe skin irritation every time I used the pad. I was willing to deal with the tearing issues because I purchased 122 pads. I will not continue to use them now that I realize they are causing such irritation. I've used these pads for the past two years and never had a problem. I don't know if the manufacturer changed the materials used or if different materials are used on products depending on the price point/sales site i.e. Amazon Prime. The price was right but the product is unusable. Now I'm on the hunt for a new product. Very disappointing. 1Terrible new design!Beware these are not the same pads Poise used to sell. I hate the new design, and the first time you get urine on your clothes while you re in a public place, you ll hate it too. Thin, not wide enough in the middle, poor absorbency. I m looking for another brand. 1A TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CHANGE IN THE PADSPoise has gone from the best pad in the industry to the worst. I have used their pads for years, using one a day--- now I have to use up to four a day and still have leakage sometimes from the side. The amount of fabric that is used for absorption is now cut in half and the shape is uncomfortable and shorter. I am stuck with four boxes as I buy in quantity. Will try to return two. I am looking hard for a new pad but am so frustrated with this change as I loved the old ones. Why oh Why did they do this? 1
