Size SMALL, comfortable to wear, NO MORE MORNING FOOT PAINI've had plantar fasciitis for ten months and tried everything except night splints. I researched the different styles, and these don't pull on your feet or toes, your feet simply rest inside the molded plastic splint (it has a nice lining). I thought the price was very reasonable, so I bought two. After the first night, I stood up in the morning without pain. If I don't use them, I have pain in the morning (upon standing). I wear women's size 7.5 (wide) or size 8 shoe and I ordered this splint in the SMALL size. I was worried they'd be too hot and uncomfortable in bed, but I've done okay getting used to them. There are three adjustable straps, and I just unbuckle the middle one in the morning and slide them off. I leave them on at night if I get up. I have tile floors and they have a skid-resistant pad on the bottom. They're easy to pack in a suitcase and don't take up much room, because they fit along the sides/corners, and you can pack around them. I absolutely positively recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis and morning foot pain! 5Better than enduring that nagging ache that seems to last ...Truly a god sent when you need your foot stretched out! Better than enduring that nagging ache that seems to last forever! Just keep it out of the way when not in use so you don't accidentally step on it on the floor when you wake up in the morning. 5Eliminates morning heel pain but....Not sure how to really rate this. I have this splint and also the Ace Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Support brace. Comparing the two I found the Ace brace to be more comfortable than this brace. This one is bulky and I could see where if you had to wear this on your left foot, it would be difficult to buckle. This brace though seems to work better for plantar fasciitis as I do not have the morning heel pain when I wear this one. The Ace one doesn't seem to hold my foot with as much of an angle when sleeping. The down side to that is that this brace can be very uncomfortable especially when I use the wedge due to the rigid flexion. I have found that I need to wear socks with both to prevent rubbing. If just looking at how it does with eliminating plantar fasciitis pain upon standing in the morning, this is the superior brace. But that relief does come with a price. 4The fit is good. plenty of ways to adjustHave been wearing for multiple nights. The fit is good. plenty of ways to adjust, for my foot. I'm a 7.5. Device arrived within 24 hours. I am getting relief in terms of the intensity of the pain I feel in the morning and as the day progresses.I am doing other things which when coupled with the night splint are having a positive effect. 4Also the buckles are in a crappy spot if you're putting it on your right legThis splint helped my foot pain in just one night. Not fixed it completely, but I could tell a difference after one night. The problem is it's very difficult for me to sleep through the night with it. Only if I get it just right, does it not end up bothering me. I usually get about 4 hours of sleep before it starts to bother me. Also the buckles are in a crappy spot if you're putting it on your right leg. The buckles are on the outside, which aren't easy for me to get to. If they were on the inside, it'd be much easier. 4Good bang for your buck.This night splint was worth the money I paid. I still have not been able to sleep a full night with it on (I take it off in my sleep!) as it isn't very comfortable for side/stomach sleeping. But after wearing it even just a few hours I have relief the next day. 4Effective but not really comfortable.The splint keeps my foot from hurting when I take my first steps in the morning, so it is effective, but it is really uncomfortable to sleep in and it took me over a week to find the right adjustment that holds my foot at a solid enough angle without cutting off circulation in my toes. My podiatrist loves this style of brace, which is why I ordered it, but as soon as my injury heals a little more I am looking forward to switching to a softer night splint. 3I can run pain free againAfter suffering for almost a year with plantar fasciitis that was interfering with my ability to run as many miles per week as I would like, I finally got this boot. It has really helped ease my heel pain. The first step out of bed is much more pleasant after wearing this for at least a few hours at night. The boot isn't terribly big and the lining is soft, so it doesn't interfere with my sleep too much. It is highly adjustable. I'm petite so have it cinched down about as far as it will go. It doesn't just curl your toes up like some night splints, but rather keeps your whole foot at about a 90 degree angle with respect to your shin. I wish I had started wearing this about 10 months ago! 5Didn t help plantar fasciitisThis product works as described. It just didn t do anything for my plantar Fascitis. So I returned. It also was a little big for a size 7.5 women s. 3Definitely worth every penny. My pain is gone!I know I sound like an infomercial, but my pain really is gone!Sometimes I point my toes when I sleep. Especially in cold weather, when I first woke up I'd be limping around until my tendons could stretch and warm up. I bought this and I'll wear it for a little while when I watch TV or do work on the computer. It really helps with the pain. I tried to sleep with it once and it was pretty bulky, so I haven't slept in it since. I don't need to though! A few hours of awake time wearing it (on the really bad nights) or a few minutes here and there and my pain is gone. It's fantastic. A great buy. 5
