Product works fine, but poor battery is a deal killerThe battery lasted a month and a half. I'll try to contact the seller to resolve, but this is simply unacceptable. I wish I could have found a helpful review that mentioned this issue prior to purchasing. 1The size is perfect for tucking away in the bathroom or travel and ...I have to amend this review. What I originally wrote is included below but it did not even last 6 weeks working consistently. I traveled with it twice and it never gives the same readings now- I can walk out of the room and come back and it's pounds different. I have taken out the battery and recalibrated... Makes no difference. Not reliable- would not purchase again and disappointed it's out of the return window.Original review: order came quickly and the scale works really well. It helps me to be aware how my daily choices affect my weight. I travel a lot and some hotels don't have scales in their gyms. This small portable scale fixed that problem for me. I LOVE this scale and recommend it to my Weight Watcher's friends who travel. Also, it seems very accurate in comparision to my home scale and my official weight at Weight Watcher's weigh ins. My husband weighs a little over 250 and it handles his weight and his feet. Your feet do hang off the ends though. Would I like it to be the same as my home scale? Yes, of course! But the fact that it is consistently 1.5 pounds off makes me able to live with it. It is quite small, heavier than I would like makes it more difficult to place my luggage in the overhead bin, but the pros outweigh the cons. I think I will ensure I have a replacement battery with me when I travel just in case because it take the dreaded button batteries that aren t all that easy to find on vacation. 4
