We actually love this machine and consider it one of our best investments yet. As for the vertuoline capsules that we purchased for this past Christmas/New Years holiday we had one disappointing issue. Three capsules did not process our desired drinks. That s right, the machine made the proper noise that it always does but nothing was dispensed even with the tank filled with more than enough water. This was attempted on three different occasions followed by a second attempt with a new capsule which would work fine. A bit disappointed we are are. Most likely the last time we purchase from this particular company.1
