miracle!!This works awesome. I had the mirena IUD removed and was experiencing major side effects like anxiety,depression, low limbido. These have drastically improved my mental state and my hormones are back to normal. 5Keep Calm and Move OnOne a day keeps the 'momster' away! I find I just need one to stay on an even keel, unless it is an exceptionally stressful time, when I might consider two. When I miss a few days, I definitely notice I feel off, so I do my best to stay on schedule. I take it at night with other medicines. I was first introduced to Evening Primrose by a family member going through Peri-menapause. Like all vitamins and medicine, be sure that it doesn't conflict with any other medicine you may be taking. 5Good stuff!Good stuff. I use this for my hair and skin. Target carried a brand that I loved, their brand but they changed something. Don't you just hate when that happens? Well I could no longer use it. It did not settle well in my stomach. This brand is my new go to. Evening Primrose is great for so many things. I also use the oil version on my neck at night, can not imagine my 40's something life without it. 5Super powerI can hardly believe this product worked so fast so soon, and I mean almost instantly. I started having what had to be hot flashes, researched and ordered.....it has worked like a charm...they are no more. 5Used to help laborI was taking 2 a day to help soften cervix and help labor come. Unfortunately my baby turned breach so I stopped BUT I was dilating and VERY soft when I was taking them so I do believe they were doing their job 5Do not use if you take an SSRI such as ZoloftI tried this while on Zoloft and it made my depression more severe and my mood swings were crazy. Do NOT take if you're on a depression or anxiety medication.However, I'm now off all meds and going to give this a try again. Will update my review if things are better. 3terrible cramps, moodiness)This stuff has saved my husband's life, why you ask? I am no longer murderous days before that time of the month. I used to have major PMS symptoms (breast tenderness, bloating, terrible cramps, moodiness). All of that is GONE. NO. PMS. I start taking them at least 5 days before my period starts and I swear this stuff works like magic! - If you're a PMS sufferer I highly recommend this. :) 5DO NOT TAKE THIS IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON AN SSRI!!!!!!!I'm currently on 20mg of Prozac per day. 2 weeks ago I started taking EPO (2 pills a day, the recommended dose). About 3 days after starting, I began to get really weird feelings in my body. For starters, I began to get incredibly moody, like the smallest things were making me freak out. It was as if I was PMS'ing something CRAZY! I also began having very intense rolling back pain. It would start from the back of my head to my tailbone and felt like an electric shock. My muscles were so tight and painful in the morning and throughout the day. I began to get diarrhea and by the weekend I was having restless sleep. I couldn't get to sleep at all, was waking up 3 or 4 times during the evening, and having very weird visuals when I'd close my eyes and try to go back to sleep.I didn't really put all the pieces together until a few days ago, when I did some deeper research on EPO and drug combinations....and realized I had given myself Serotonin Syndrome. I am BEGGING YOU....if you are currently taking an SSRI, PLEASE do not combine it with EPO. The side effects were extremely scary and I'm only just starting to feel slightly better. The brain fog is beginning to lift and today is the first day I am not about to fall asleep at my desk.Why am I giving this product 4 stars you ask? Because it worked. I'm really really sad to have to stop taking it. I have had terrible acne and eczema all my life. I've done antibiotics, Accutane, steroids, gluten free diets, vegan diets, skin peels, weekly facials, you name it! In the 10 days I was on this, it cleared up my hormonal acne. I always break out terribly right before my period. Well, I just started my period and my skin is the smoothest it's been since I was on antibiotics last time.So that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I think if you can take this product, you absolutely should. But again, I repeat, if you're on an SSRI....PLEASE SKIP THE PILL AND ONLY APPLY EPO TOPICALLY!I've learned my lesson about going the purely homeopathic route. Even if something is a plant or a vegetable, it can still have an adverse effect on your body. We seem to forget this when using natural products. I'm really hoping I feel 100% again soon. So please do your due diligence. 4Clear correlation with mood and physical symptomsI'm a couple months in and didn't get to ordering a new bottle before I ran out. I wasn't entirely sure if they were making a different however after 2+ weeks of not taking them, I realize that they were making a HUGE difference. I've been very irritable and moody the last few weeks which I was attributing to coffee consumption, but then the physical symptoms kicked in and it clicked, it's not the coffee, this is how I felt before taking the primrose. Kinda crazy because I was able to forget how severe the symptoms had gotten, the catalyst for me researching these pills to begin with. Basically, these pills are so worth it.
