After that I started feeling very good. I don't feel bloated anymoreI am 45 and in early menopause. I have been taking only 2 pills a day in the mornings.It has been 10 days so far. First 3 days I got headaches.After that I started feeling very good. I don't feel bloated anymore. No puffiness on my face. Last 8 years I have been having severe hot flashes. Dim helped my hot flashes a lot. I only get a few now. Much much better now. I am 138 pounds. I lost 2 pounds in 10 days.Crazy appetite has gone which is very good for me because I was binge snacking before. 5New formula does not workI used to take this for quite some time. I ve re-ordered this several times now 5Began Taking for Problems with Pap Smears - Will Continue for Overall HealthI had a series of abnormal paps, surgery to remove the abnormal cells, a normal pap, then another abnormal 3 months later. My doctor was confounded - the surgery was successful based on the tissue biopsy, but the abnormal cells came back more quickly than he's ever seen. Wanting to avoid more abnormal paps and another round of surgery, I scoured the internet for information. Try something else to reduce excess estrogen as this may cause hair loss. 1Worked once I took a higher dose.I wish I didn't have to take so many of them (4 per day) for it to work - but it really does work... The first month I had them, I thought "EH... it doesn't work that well for me." But I went back and read the reviews and saw where someone said they had to take more in order for it to work... so I doubled the dose (2 in the am and 2 in the pm) - and that worked great. I endometriosis and the last 2 weeks of my cycle are HORRIBLE - terrible back and bladder pain from the endo and once I doubled the dose, it eased my discomfort by 75% which I think is huge! So I am going to take the "normal" dose the first 2 weeks of my cycle and the double dose the last 2 weeks of my cycle... It's the only thing I've found that has helped. And thanks to the person who wrote the review about upping the dose... that made the difference for me! 5
