NOT JUST FOR MOMS!Not just for moms! I'm a chill dude that loves coffee but always hated strong acidic tastes. This coffee solved that problem in its subtle and smooth brown fluid form.I found this gem during my last semester of college. Will buy again once I get replacement filters for my coffee setup.5Very disappointed. Based on cold brewing. Off-taste.I only cold brew - using a nut bag. Please keep that in mind when considering my feedback. I can no longer drink hot-brew coffee as even low acid coffees create gastric problems while cold brewing a low acid bean for me is a perfect solution.My one star review is based on these factors:- Not a good value when compared to my local independent coffee shop grinding only organic fair trade coffee beans (low and not low acid beans). One pound (not 12 ounces as Mommee. That makes Mommee coffee pricey and I get a lower yield when cost is factored.- Taste. Just not there. Maybe I am used to a richer coffee - maybe it's the grind. Regardless, the coffee tasted weak and somehow off-taste as noted by another very recent review. I did not find it drinkable. Yuck.- No option for refund. Buyer beware,Like another reviewer here, my taste and quality comparison is to other organic low acid coffees. No reason for low acid not to be rich and full-bodied.The only positive was that the grind seems quite uniform with only a small amount of fines. This is important for cold brewers. I typically brew a very coarse grind but I do not attribute the off-taste issue to the grind because I have found that finer grinds create a filtration issue and not an off-taste or richness body issue as I have with the Mommee.I was hoping to find a mail-order alternative to driving to my local coffee shop during inclement weather. This coffee is not a solution.1Love ckI bought this since acid reflux is forcing me to give up things I love and coffee cannot be one of them. The aroma and flavor are a little different from my usual Maxwell House. It's gentler on my stomach in a lot of ways and I can enjoy a ridiculous amount of coffee again without needing an acid reducer.5For Dads tooI enjoy coffee.Usually strongly made, milder roast, often Kona.I was surprised to find that this coffee is indeed lower in acid, but has a flavor that carries it through.For people sensitive to caffeine and looking for an extremely gentle coffee, please get the lower caffeinated versions.This is the one for me, not all the time, but a regular in my rotation now.Thank you.5Little expensive, tastes fineThey wanted me to give up coffee. That wasn't happening. So I found a low acid coffee that the doc agreed to. The price is high compared to the other low acid coffee I used to get and it had a better flavor (from Germany) but I can't find it anymore. This tastes fine for what it is.4Nope nope nopeOk, so I ordered full caf.. but this stuff is beyond full.. it s like liquid crack. After one cup, I haven t had another. That much caffeine can t be good for any pregnant woman. It gave me crazy gitters and anxiety and I m not caffeine sensitive. Back to my bulletproof brand coffee!1Great coffee- great company!The coffee itself is very good. It's got a really nice flavor, and I love that there are options for how much caffeine the coffee contains. Perfect for pregnancy. I bought a french press to brew mine, since I'm only supposed to have so much coffee, and it works wonderfully!On top of a wonderful product, the company is also terrific! I had an issue with the packaging/shipping (which is outsourced), and I reached out to them. Even though the issue wasn't technically with them, they did everything they could to make things right. I really appreciate a company that cares about the consumer, and it's clear that Mommee Coffee does!5Amazing productI have chronic acid reflux as it is and this coffee made it possible to still enjoy a cup every morning while I was pregnant with my baby .It also still keeps you awake , which is so very needed when you re expecting and working full time .Amazing product all around .5mellow with a slight burnt tasteI've been trying several low acid coffees and this one tastes more burnt(think French Roast) than the other ones that I purchased. I like light roast coffees and TruCup is a much better choice for me. If you like a darker roast this one is probably for you.3Ooooheee Mommee Coffee. I love you!MMMH! Organic coffee that's low acid! My babe tolerates this a bit better which is great. Whats good for the goose is good for the mother. I like that you can get decaf, 1/4, or half caf as well. Even though for me I like it full caf super super strong. Wish I had known about this while prego and forced to reduce strength and often drink decrap. I have a sensitive stomach now due to leaky gut syndrome and I can actually bear witness that this DOES feel less acidic. I got some for my best friends xmas gift but dipped into it to sample. so poor girl got her gifts late but hey, its momma approved! The fact that its organic too is a seller for me. I can feel good about drinking this while BFing. I will continue to order for sure :)5
