This Rollator was delivered on Oct. 12, 2017 ...This Rollator was delivered on Oct. 12, 2017 and now Jan. 7,2018 only 3 months later the handbrake has broken.The return window has closed and now I don't know what to do. I would think it would be under warranty but what a pain now.1I am glad that I found itThis walker offers a lot of bang for your buck.I am glad that I found it. There are so many walkers that are just not well made out there.Easy to use and collapse for travel.Comes almost compactly assembled in its box.All I had to put to gather was to snap the handles in place, and the back rest. Took two minutes.Mom loves this, and it has made her walking much faster and more stable. She can flat move with this thing.She keeps her purse and essentials in the seat bag compartment. I even put some racing stripes on it for her so she can tell it from others who have the same color and brand.5Great walker - especially for shorter peopleI really like this walker. I do admit that I had to sit down to put the handles and back support thing on (and the bag that's under the seat) - I would recommend getting someone to help put it together if you're getting it for yourself. Wish I had done that. But anyway, once I got it together, things seemed fine. It was a bit squeaky at first, now the squeak has gone away. For someone with really bad ankles, this is a great rollator - especially since I'm short and my feet can actually reach the ground fully when I sit on it - something that I haven't been able to do with the other rollator I had (I'm about 4'11). It's a bit difficult to get it in a car - but I am getting used to it still - getting it out of a car isn't too much of a problem for me though.5Sturdy, easy to assemble, and efficientGot this for my dad for a international trip. It's very sturdy and easy to assemble. The seat isn't the most comfortable but it's good for short breaks here and there. The only con is the hand breaks. My dad has trouble remembering to firmly squeeze both sides and then sit down. The walker tends to slip away from him. I wish they had kickstand breaks or something the put his feet on.5Great Product, New found level of freedomI bought this rollator for my grandpa. It was delivered last night and was easy to put together and feels very sturdy. At first my grandpa was against the rollator saying he just needs a cane. After about 5-10 minute he fell in love, he actually sat in the chair part of the rollator instead of his dining room table. I stopped by his house this morning to check on him and he is still a hug fan of the product.Thank you for such a great product at a great price. My grandpa now has a new sense of freedom.5Narrow seat space not suited for larger people.I like the walker. It was built sturdy which is what I wanted. However it is very narrow and I can not sit on it, which is what I was purchasing one for. I will be keeping it, either to trade for a larger one or to use later if I continue to lose weight. Shefell Would love to return it.1This is how she rolls!!!!This is a great product for Grandma (100lbs.) Sturdy, stable, folds, brakes, seat, storage!! She was using a regular folding walker with 2 wheels in the front. After 2 days of walking around the block with that one, the back legs were 2" shorter than the front!!! She was grinding the metal legs down on the pavement!! Tennis balls and "walker skis" were useless. She uses this to come and go to dialysis. The only thing this rollator does not have is a foot rest. I solved that by taking cable ties and linking them together and tying them to the frame. This keeps the ants off her feet when she wants to sit and take a rest.5
