What the hellThis is my favorite magnesium for my body. Pair it with Magtein for my brain. But I come back to order and I find that they are ripping consumers off. Going for the almighty dollar to sacrifice the consumer. Cutting corners. I've ordered this product for years and it was always 2 pills per serving, 300mg per serving. 70 serving per bottle. Now today I see it's 3 pills per serving, 200mg per serving. And only 50 servings per bottle. So, to get 300mg I have to take four pills? 1Great for stress/anxietyI had heard about the anti-anxiety effects magnesium can have, specifically magnesium glycinate. I did extensive research before ordering this product I m on my second bottle now and am so happy I found these. After about a week of taking one pill an hour before bed, my general anxiety level is way down. My moods are more even even during PMS week. I highly recommend these pills! 5I especially love this product because it has no fillers or other ingredients. High qualityWhat I noticed when I took this I was having trouble keeping my blood pressure down. I used to get feelings like my heart was stressing. After taking these for about 2 weeks I didn't feel it anymore.. I also took other things but I know when I began taking this and maybe it worked in conjunction with the others that feeling went away. I'm about to order another bottle I would definitely recommend this product and it doesn't make you go to the bathroom like other magnesium does. 5Best on the market!These capsules are much easier to swallow than the tablets I used to take. I did not have loose stoole or upset stomach like other magnesium pills caused me to have. My muscles don't cramp anymore and my joints feel good. I feel energized throughout the day and sleep well at night. Will continue to use and recommend it 5CHECK THE DOSAGE- it has changed!!This used to be my go-to magnesium. Just added 5 bottles to my cart, then realized they had drastically changed the dosage. It WAS 300mg in 2 caplets. Now it s 225 in 3 caplets. Should probably put a notice for those reordering. I ll find another brand, as id have to take up to 6 caplets to get my normal dosage for migraines. 2Changed from 70 doses per bottle to 50 doses, less mg, same price. I tried switching to this brand because it was less expensive but had a higher dose than my normal one. Within two days of taking this, my anxiety and heart palpitations had come back with a vengeance. I took one capsule of my usual brand when the heart palpitations were keeping me awake, and within 15 minutes I was feeling better and fell right asleep. I guess I'll have to stick with my pricier brand!This brand might work for others but it's definitely not for me. 1Magnesium GlycinateThis magnesium is my favorite as you feel it with 15-20 minutes of taking it. Is very calming, even when you only take one it's still strong. I do not get the stomach discomfort I get with lesser types. I would recommend this product with Glycinate over any other types that can be bought in the stores, this will be cheaper online. 5You can beat your A-fib.I am a retired RN. Been in Alternative medicine for 30 years. Developed A-fib Nov. 2017. Saw a couple of Cardiologists who told me that I was old and this happened frequently to old people. Basically they told me to accept it and take my meds including a blood thinner. I refused the blood thinner because of their terrible record, my brother died the same day he hit his head and his blood thinner worked against him. Instead of the $400.00 copay for Eliquis (there are lots of other blood thinners, all equally dangerous), I ordered Solray Nattokinase/Serrapeptase, one per day. I'm a big researcher and found the book, "Beat Your A-Fib" on Amazon. I bought the book and in it I found suggestions regarding two supplements which I was not familiar with after all these years, and can help with the irregular heart beat and flutters, NaturaLife Labs Magnesium Glycinate, took 3 per day, no diarrhea and and Now brand Potassium Gluconate. 3 tsp. per day. The A-fib went away. Just to make sure that the problem was resolved I requested and "event monitor" from my cardiologist (don't be afraid to ask). Then I had a Cryoablation by an electro physiologist (EP for short, cardiologist) to cure the problem. Neither of my first two cardiologist even told me about the Cryoablation, (protecting their turf?) If you are in an HMO this procedure is not likely to happen for you but if you have supplemental insurance or a PPO you can go without a referral to any EP as they are called. You can find them on the web, usually found in highly populated locations, (enter electrophysiologist.) In the above mentioned book it was stated that in order to have the procedure you would have to persevere and be bold because many folks ran into the same problem as I did with the first two cardiologists. If you have A-fib I would very highly recomment the book, "Beat Your A-Fib". I got my life back with the Cryoablation procedure. Good luck. 5
