good for 1 capsule dailyHave tried several forms of turmeric/curcumin (organic turmeric, C3 complex, Meriva phytosome). C3 and Meriva helped reduce back pain and other aches of old age. But I had to take at least 3 capsules daily (1.5 grams). BCM-95 is good for 1 capsule daily (400 mg). I have gradually come to appreciate Life Extension, not only as a trustworthy company, but also as an innovator in natural pharmacology. I only wish they would increase their proportion of vegan or suitable-for-vegetarian products. 5Natural miracle in a capsuleI think it is working. I am really amazed how it reduced arthritis pain. I m using it with anti-infamatory diet. Just once capsule a day. Natural miracle. 5A great Turmeric (Anti inflammatory) Product without Pepper - My wife cannot take Pepper. However, there is another product i tried recently, BCM-95 and i like it better. its 650 mg and the price per mg is a far better deal. I had heard about the benefits of Turmeric from Dr. Rhonda Patrick on the Joe Rogan podcast and tried the kind she suggested "MERIVA". I found a cheap version of that but it did little if anything of value. I next tried a more expensive brand she suggested Thorne and while there other products are amazing, there meriva turmeric helped me only half as well as regular ADVIL did. I know taking ADVIL all the time is terrible for your liver not to mention the side effects so I did some more digging on other turmeric out there and found this thru another review on some other turmeric product. I suffer from general overall pain and soreness both joint, ligament and muscle wise from working out 5 days a week along with basketball 2-3 times a week with bad knees ( torn ACL ). Every morning I would wake up was stiff, sore and in pain. I dreaded just getting out of bed and standing up. The only thing that did give me good relief was Advil. However, after 3 days on this BCM-95 version of turmeric, my pains have 90% disappeared. I was shocked when I got up in the morning and had no pain. When I played basketball and my knees would usually swell up after but with 2 pills after the game I had zero pain and no inflammation. I had to take upto 2 grams of the MERIVA turmeric to get noticeable benefits but with this version I only take 2 pills a day and do 4 on the days I play basketball and its really been a life saver. I thought was gong to have to live off Advil or cut back on my basketball and workouts. However, with this....almost all my pain is all gone!! Try different brands and kinds...and see what works for you, but this 100% worked amazing for me!! I just received my second bottle today. I noticed results after 3 days and continue to take 2 pills a day with no side effects other then feeling young again and great!! 5This works!This is a great supplement. The only one I have tried that helps my rheumatoid arthritis. Before starting a turmeric supplement I researched them. There are a couple of studies that show BCM-95 curcumin supplements can be as effective as a prescription anti-inflammatory (diclofenac) without the side effects. This delivers!
