No dramatic effets noticed.I use this on and off and I am not sure if it works or not. I do feel a little better when taking it, but have to be careful as it does have a tendency to clean you out if you use too much and on an empty stomach as they suggest.. I suppose you have to take it regularly to get used to it. Taste is okay no problem there. One month later, no more high blood pressure!!!!! I love it! 5Not for meI find L-argine to be beneficial to me, but this has a very strong artificial taste. Had to mix it withCran-grape juice to get it down. At the full dose it made me feel kind of bad, so I reduce my dosage to half. Not going to buy more when it is gone.3I don t know if it s that I can breathe better but I m so happy it puts me to relax ...I ve taken this since August 2017 for the energy but what I found is that it helps put me to sleep faster at night so much that I ve been off my sleep aids since this summer since the first dose. I don t know if it s that I can breathe better but I m so happy it puts me to relax and sleep all through the night. The second thing I ve noticed is that I don t get short of breath when I workout. The third thing I notice is improvement in the bedroom. Maybe the frequency isn t there as it could be but the quality has improved from my part as I am the one taking this supplement. I ve probably bought about 1 can every three weeks and will continue taking it.5
