Good quality sleeves for crossfit liftingI bought these knee sleeves for crossfit, in particular for squatting. There are very good quality and do give good support. I wish I had bought the larges as medium was how I measured but they are a bit tight on my calves (which are quite large.) I am short and have at least a 14 inch calf and these are a little long and dig in a little there. I think they will loosen up with time. 5Surprisingly good! Definitely an upgrade!I am not going to deny that I was apprehensive to purchase these after the makeover. I bought what you could call the version 1 of these knee sleeves. I loved them until they were no more. Then I was presented a great deal and hopped on board to try version 2. I was impressed! These kept my knees warm and stable and I felt so good I went on to PR in squat with these sleeves on. The rework is definitely appreciated, the sleeves are more streamlined, more adhesive, and definitely more comprehensive. I also appreciate the aesthetic by simplifying the overall design. If I ever run across another deal, I will purchase these again. 5Great ProductThey are awesome. If you do go a size small for extra compression, I suggest turning them inside out, sliding them on upside down, and then rolling them over your knees from the bottom up. They re very easy to get on that way.I tested my one-rep max pain free the first day I used them. Haven t had any knee pain since. Granted, I only had minor knee pain from time to time. So don t expect a miracle! They do what they re designed to do. If you re already injured, these aren t going to save the day! 5Knee's Best FriendThese are my knees best friend. I've had both ACL repairs (torn again on the left). Just a life of hard knee living. I've been an active power lifter for the last 10+ years. Now my knees are howlin at me all the time. Tightness in my quads, poor stability in the joint, aches and swelling after a workout or run/ride.NOT WITH THESE! I don't know why I waited so long to get them. I've ogled other brands but I considered them too expensive until I this. I considered and read reviews for several brands but settle on these for the positive reviews and cool look. They're a bit longer than most others. Happy I got them. I've been wearing them for several weeks for squats, deadlifts, and bike rides. No more pain, soreness, swelling, or lack of confidence.As a reference I'm 37 at 5'11" and 240 lbs. Knee measured about 16" around so got XL's in black and they fit perfect - tight but not uncomfortable. I realized I'm at an age where I have to be smart about workouts. I don't know if I should have used them in my youth but I wish I started using them years ago, especially after my knee surgeries.I've always relied on user reviews so I paying it forward with mine. 5Gives me more confidenceI have knee problems from old sporting injuries. It really impacts my workouts negatively. Last time I went hard going down mid squat my knee gave out randomly making me buckle and resulting in a sprained back. It wasn't even that heavy of a load. Made me nervous to squat anymore. This gives me a very secure tight feeling, I went a size down for tightness, which I would recommend. So far I haven't had any issues. I've done a few heavy lifts and I was nervous but the knee support seems to be what I need to be safe. I life at home and I would like to upgrade to a cage rack but until then having this is very nice. If you have knee issues or just will be lifting heavy I recommend the extra support to get your knees snug, secure, and safe. This makes me want to get elbow and wrist braces. When I get some money I can spare I will be doing so. 5Large Legs No Problem...THEY FIT!They arrived on time! Item fits exceptionally well! No rolling down or slipping! Gives my knees the support they need during heavy squats and deadlifts. I highly recommend these knee sleeves and may I add...they look great! 5High quality customer service for high quality products.First, I'd like to say that the customer service Iron Bull Strength provides is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. Not only did they respond in a quick and timely manner, but went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. I had originally ordered these knee sleeves back in February but the day after I received them my apartment complex caught fire and unfortunately we lost everything. I reached out in the hopes that they could assist me in getting a new set, and without hesitation they sent me a replacement pair along with a replacement lifting belt. So thank you for your help.Now, as for the product. I have some minor knee issues, and a knee cap that moves a little more than it should, causing a pain whenever I do any knee movements (squats, lunges, leg extensions, etc.). I had some knee braces that the VA gave me to assist with the pain for everyday use but definitely needed something better for working out, enter Iron Bull Knee Sleeves. I've used these, along with the lifting belt, and have felt almost zero pain for my leg workouts. They definitely help compress right where I need it and don't have any issues with it sliding down or off during the movements. The fact that I don't really feel the pain now has helped me start pushing my self harder, lifting heavier, and with more confidence knowing I have a great quality product protecting me. 5amazing!!I am an intermediate lifter - big 3 at around 1100 pounds. I have never belted or used wraps but it's cold in the garage gym and I thought I'd give these a try. I LOVE them. I hate squatting without them now. Great support without feeling like "assistance," keeps my joints warm and the mild occasional knee pain I had went away 5Fantastic support.I'm not as strong as I used to be, but I still love getting under a squat bar and these things made everything just feel like it was in the right place. It's nothing something that'll make you lift a bunch more, but I could squat to full depth without feeling like my knees were clicking.I'm 6'2, 205lb, knees are around 14" or so and I got the Mediums. It took a minute to get adjusted to the snug fit, but then I just felt solid as hell. I lift in a home gym and it gets cold, so keeping the knees warm is a must. 5My first knee sleeves...I might be spoilt nowThese are my first knee sleeves. I looked online for a while trying to decide what would serve my needs and goals best. I was convinced another brand was the way to go but worried over longevity issues. So I did one last round of review diving and came across Iron Bull's product. I am so happy with my knee sleeves it is almost ridiculous.They are comfortable. Can wear them all through my leg day programming with no loss of ROM. They keep the joint warm and they helped me feel supported enough to make a big jump up in weight on my squats and I experienced none of the knee tweak on my left side that kept me from confidently going heavier! I would recommend these in a heartbeat.My knee measured 15" so I bought the large. These fit well. Not too snug. I do think I comfortably could have gone with a medium if I felt need for more compression. 5
