not the best not the worst If you are looking for a coffee with a coconut flavor this might not be for you. I've brewed two cups it smells excellent when brewing. took a sip and was disappointed there almost no coconut flavor at all. I drink my coffee black and unsweetened so maybe i'm missing it,. if you reach back real far you can maybe get a hint of coconut. i love another companies seasonal island coconut so maybe i was expecting to much. To me it's a drinkable coffee and the price was excellent but i was hoping for more flavor 3Something very wrong with these k-cups! I'm sad to add my review to the list of others from April 2015, September 2016, and October 2016, regarding defective k-cups.The Choconut has been my "happy" coffee for a long time because it smells & tastes wondeful!!However, the box I bought in September 2016 has rendered cups of coffee with grounds, and my Keurig machine has been plugging up and straining from the grounds that escape the pods. I'm going to be extremely upset if this wrecks the machine!I really hope Java Factory implements better QC practices & fixes this problem. I will miss my cups of "happy" coffee. 1Absolutely Delicious First tried this coffee in a Fall seasonal pack gifted by a friend. There were only about 3 good varieties in the whole thing, but THIS was good enough that I came back and ordered and entire box of 40 cups for my Keurig. I add just a touch of sugar and half/half and it is perfect. The cinnamon smell is apparent as soon as it starts brewing and the caramel is so subtle, but compliments it nicely. Also, as I was putting the pods away, I found a nice card and set of joke glasses in the box......Nice touch. You don't see much extra customer service these days. I highly recommend this coffee and company. 5Great variety of roasts and flavor great price I purchased the assortment pack , honestly never heard of Java Factory but this was well priced and the variety shown looked interesting.The names alone were so amusing it definitely perked( haha) my interest. My husband and I were not disappointed! We really enjoy this assortment the bolds are vibrant &flavorful , the flavored types were not weak like many light roasts This is now my second order I love all of them . I was a little concerned about the reviews regarding the grounds or brew issues but every cup we had worked perfectly ( I take very good care of my brewer and clean it regularly) I noticed those were also older issues so perhaps that was fixed. Bottom line great pack of coffee with no boredom. 5Bummed at not tasting the cinnamon I ordered a large box of the coffee k cups because the reviews and the actual name and desription.I am only rating a 3 because the description was way off on what the coffee flavor use it doesn't have much cinnamon flavor it is more like caramel only. I didn't taste the cinnamon at all. It is a buttery caramel flavor. I am not as fond of this flavor as I was looking forward to a strong cinnamon flavor coffee. I don't know if my pods are old or were not prepared right but there is no cinnamon flavor. My second cup I added some cinnamon dulce flavoring and it is good that way. Won't be ordering again. :( bummed 3Spring Break is definitely my favorite. Coconut + Rum So, now I've tried several flavors, I felt it's time to write a review. I've tried Vanilla Dream, Flying Hawaiian, Trick & Treat, and Spring Break. I drink my coffee with sugar and cream, typically. Spring Break is definitely my favorite. Coconut + Rum, yummy! Flying Hawaiian and Vanilla Dream are next, they're pretty good. Trick & Treat was ok. The company was kind enough to answer my question, about when a flavor would be available, and I like the gag gift. 5Tastes great but some cups clog my kuerig. Update: Amazon sent a replacement box free of charge and those work fine with no probems. The previous box I bought the cups had issues. So it's not every batch. Still a gamble but I love the taste. And will empty the bad cups into a reusable kcup,---- I had 1 out 3 kcups work, the others clogged my machine and I got grounds in every cup. Amazon is sending a replacement free of charge so I will see how those are. French toast flavor tastes great however and I would be willing to open the cups and use my reusable kcup with them. 4Mouthful of coffee grounds My first box of these cups was perfect. No issues whatsoever, and the taste was great. My second and third boxes, however, left grounds in my mug with every cup I brewed. At first I thought it was my brewer, but then I tried other K-cups I had and they brewed fine. I also tried these cups in multiple other brewers with the same results. A thick layer of grounds in my mug. The taste was pretty much still good, however I had to scoop out the grounds with a spoon or risk a mouthful. I contacted Amazon and got a refund. I'm purchasing a different brand this time. I have no idea what went wrong with these other boxes, but it is disappointing. 3Disappointment which led to Sheer Delight! I had been purchasing Felix & Norton White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut flavored coffee. When I found it was no longer available I was briefly disappointed. I found Java Factory's White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut flavored coffee for half the cost! To my delight the flavor is comparable. The flavor is not quite as strong as F&N; but I find it a bit smoother and extremely delightful... Especially when saving $$ - literally half the price. I highly recommend this coffee. 5Integral filters faulty - Replaced at no charge by manufacturer. A tremendous amount of grinds come out - so much that they actually clogged my machine. After cleaning my machine, I tried a few more cups. Over the course of 3 days I had only 4 drinkable (with only a few grinds here and there) cups. The other 4 were totally undrinkable.UPDATE 7/16/16: The manufacturer immediately contacted me and requested more information. They said they they were looking into a potential supplier problem. They quickly replaced my coffee and the replacements have worked 100% so far. Very good coffee. Excellent customer service. Thanks. 5
