This is the best support brace everThis is the best support brace ever! I have bulging/herniated lumbar disc and bilateral hip larval tears and the roxofit groin hip support brace has helped me get though some long 12 hour ER shifts that would ve otherwise been miserable. It is also very comfortable and doesn t slip out of place either. Shipping was also extremely fast as I received it in only 2 days! Thank you so much for this life saving product! 5Great support for spine/pelvic/hip/sciatica painI'll be honest - I was extremely skeptical of this product, despite the positive reviews. I have recurring sciatic nerve pain, and when it's bad, there is no position that is comfortable - sitting, standing, walking, laying down.When the brace arrived, I put it on as directed and resumed my normal activity, only to find - I wasn't experiencing continuous, searing pain. There continues to be some discomfort in my hip socket, but it's so minor in comparison to the usual pain that it's a nonissue. I can sit, I can walk, and most importantly - I can sleep through the night. I don't write reviews often, but I was completely blown away by the efficacy of this product. I can't guarantee it'll work for someone else's issues, but it absolutely worked for mine.That said, the package opens up to a very clearly labeled slip that reads, "GROIN SUPPORT". So if your neighbor accidentally opens it (like mine did - of all the packages we get, this was of course the one they opened), they'll know your groin needs supporting, I guess.tl;dr: Amazing product for sciatic nerve pain. Neighbors know I support my groin fully. 5Keeps me moving when sciatic flares upI'm using this for sciatic pain. My hips have a tendency to rotate, pinching my sciatic nerve. When it flares up my hip feels like it wants to give out when I put weight on it. This brace provides a lot of stability so I can keep moving. I've worn it under my pants and it was surprisingly comfortable against my skin. The material and construction look like they will hold up very well over time. It was worth every penny! I only wish I would have bought it sooner!! 5Best Hip Brace! Added support and stability relieves hip pain!I have severe hip and low back pain, stemming from SI joint dysfunction. I also have a l3-l4 herniated disc and spinal stenosis. I am constantly doing manual labor for my job, and the added support from the brace is noticeable.I like it more than other braces because of the thigh strap. It prevents the belt from sliding up, which has always been a problem with other belts.Also, their customer service is top notch. They're a small family business, so they respond quickly and are more than willing to help you with whatever it is that you may need. Highly recommend! 5Excellent support for weak muscles/jointsI had problems initially trying to get the proper setting for my issue because I wasn't sure which leg to wrap since I do not have a groin injury (SI joint issues). After a day or two of trial and error, this belt has been a life saver. I determined that wrapping my left leg allowed me to apply the appropriate support for my joints. Now I am able to sit/stand/maneuver without the joints moving out of position.This has greatly reduced my discomfort from breath-taking pain to minor nagging discomfort. I apply ice several times/day to my lower back to aid in reducing the inflammation which in turn assists with reducing the nagging discomfort from prolonged sitting.I say, without this belt, I would still be lying on the floor instead of up and about. Side note, I tried to sleep in it to see if it would assist in reducing the discomfort when I sleep, however, I still had the same level of discomfort as without. In fact, I was more stiff. 5Very helpful device.I purchased this support as part of several measures I am using to deal with the sudden onset of severe right side arthritic hip pain, not actually in the groin but on the side of the hip and front upper thigh. I use it while walking as extra support for the sore muscles in the area. It has helped to reduce the pain from walking. Also if the pain worsens in other settings, the compression of the thigh portion of the support helps to reduce the pain. I also do stretching and strength building exercises, cold packs, and Tylenol. Some particular benefits of this support is that it is quick and easy to put on, can be used for either the left or right side, and fits comfortably under my usual clothing. Not all such supports are so flexible. I am a 71 YO physician who does not like surgery and who will not use opiate pain drugs. 5Perfect for women, highly recommendedI've had strange groin pain for the past year that several doctors could not diagnose (yes, women can experience groin pain too). Nothing seemed to work - I had several doctor visits, physical therapy, a cortisone injection - nothing worked. This brace was the only thing keeping me from lying down on the floor in my office with low- to medium-level pain I could not get away from.I used it for several weeks as a hip-groin stabilizer. As a shorter woman, it is worth noting that this brace is adjustable for many different sizes. It fit perfectly under my clothes (including skinny jeans/pants) so that I didn't have to show my entire office and get questions about why I was wearing it - nobody knew! Though I would gladly have traded the ability to hide the brace for the relief that it gave me from my pain, I didn't have to.I can't recommend this brace highly enough. It relieved my pain, was comfortable and breathable, fit underneath my clothes, was adjustable for my size, and came in perfect condition. If you're considering a brace for your hip or groin, buy this one. You'll get the relief you need. 5Highly recommend!!!I pulled my groin pretty badly 2 weeks before I purchased this product at rugby practice. I tried to use an ace bandage wrap to give support but it just wasn't doing anything for me. With play offs coming up I had to try something so given all the rave reviews I took a chance on this wrap. It works FANTASTICALLY! The support was tremendous, I have smaller legs and a small waist line and it fit great. Given all the sprinting/contact in a rugby match it didn't budge at all. I was very impressed with this product. If you're an athlete in need of some groin pain relief you wont be disappointed. I would say the only downfall was it was a little bulky on the waist but I was able to fit my rugby shorts over it just fine, other than that I'm super glad I took a chance on it! 5Great to wear while runningI wore this last night on a five mile run. It was one of the best products I ve purchased to supportmy injured hamstring... and I ve bought several products.I like that the interior does not have a perforated fabric like one other hamstring support item I purchased in Amazon. Those perforation holes were extremely irritating to my skin when I strapped the Velcro super tight around my leg. The result was like what happens to your skin when you sit on a wicker chair wearing shorts.... ouch and ouch! Anyway this product solves that problem, the fabric is smooth and did not cut into me anywhere.Having the hip wrap kept the leg wrap from sliding down. For me the leg wrap is 100% the reason why I bought this so the hip wrap is genius!It was a little hot during my run, but the whole point was that I RAN!!!! Hot or not, I could RUN!!!! It was not horribly hot though and I actually adjusted it once to make it tighter which took about five seconds. Fast and easy.Finally, it washed up great. I put it in a mesh laundry bag and washed it with my running clothes. I let it air dry overnight. It s ready to go another five miles again (wish I was). 5I am very grateful to Roxofit for this fantastic product. I highly recommend it for those suffering ...Having suffered from acute arthritis of the left hip for years, I have looked for and tried various products to help relieve the pain I have endured for years. The Groin Support by Roxofit has been the only non-medical product that has worked. If you follow the instructions of how to properly wear the Support, it does what it advertises.
