This product helped with my issue of feeling I had ...This product helped with my issue of feeling I had a lump in my throat .Doctors diagnosed me with reflux.Not the acid kind.This got me off nexium.Worth it for me to NOT take any meds. 5Diarrhea and Proposition 65 WarningThis really negatively affected my digestive system. It gave me diarrhea like I had the stomach flu or something. I didn t take a dose today so I m starting to recover, but this morning, last night and yesterday were rough. Plus I just noticed the Proposition 65 Warning in the description for this product. What s up with that?! Buyer beware! 1I love itWhole Foods was out of my regular Probiotic (which I had been using for years) and suggested GoLive. I wasn't sure about the small packet but used it anyway and I love it! GoLive is the only one I use now. I use it daily, every morning on an empty stomach. My bowels are very regular, I don't have that "full" uncomfortable feeling after eating and my stomach got flat (honest). I don't have to keep it in the refrigerator and I can take the packets anywhere. I definitely noticed an immediate difference using this product.When I find it I buy two or three boxes at a time or at Amazon, because the health food store runs out. This product has made a hugh difference in my well being and life. 5WORKING GREAT FOR MEI had been having stomach pain for quite some time. It started in my upper abdomen down my left side all the way through my colon. I had been considering calling my Gastro dr. and Setting up an appointment for a colonoscopy. I had been having unusual bowel movements for quite some time. Something had been going on in my gut for quite a long time. I have had three colonoscopies over the last 10 years, never had any polyps only mild diverticulitis. He recommended that I take probiotics and psyllium on a daily basis however I had not taken his advice in several years. I think I should have listened to him. Well I purchased these after looking around at all of the different pro and pre-biotics and this one had some of the best reviews and a higher percentage in the five stars reviews. Even in the lower ratings no one ever complained of this product making them sick like some of the other ones I read. And it only makes sense that a freeze dried form would be better than capsule form. This product started working for me in Two days. I took it every day for a week and I could see a definite change in my bowel movements and the quality and now I am taking it every other day and trying to get down psyllium fiber. I have not had any pains in my intestinal track or colon after I started this product. Now I m afraid not to take it. It has really been good to me. I am also drinking kambucha Tea several times a week which helps boost things along. Mixing the Ginger tea with cranberry juice is delicious. I will be purchasing this product on a regular basis as I feel 100% better.Well it s been about a month since I started this wonderful product. I couldn t be happier with the results. My constant misery seems to be gone. Most importantly is not to take it for granted and stay on track. 5worksworks well, clearing up my Candida overgrowth 5Happy Gut. No more rut. Great flavors.I originally tried probiotics bc a friend could see I was burning out under stress & strongly encouraged it.I guess it makes sense that since stress & worry seem to live in your gut,if it's working right, so is your life.When I stay on a regular probiotic, I don't lose noticeable weight but, my belly flattens & clothes fit better.As well, my brain runs smoother bc my stress releases easier.GoLive is one of my Faves of the powder/capsule probiotic.I first tried it two years ago, adding to smoothies.Now, I just add to room temp water & drink straight which is why I'm loving the new flavors.The flavorless really is flavorless, tastes like water with a little flour in it.It's not bad, just different. You get used to it quick.The flavors... Oh so Good.The Blueberry lemon is my favorite. Perfectly tart & sweet.The Cucumber melon is sweet like candy. Good for mid day bloat.The Orange is like EmergenC without the C taste.The upside of the flavors is they are made with the real extracts of their taste.As well, NO GMO, yeast, gluten, artificial or preservatives.It is NOT vegan, as the small print states there is a small amount of milk product.The downside is crazy sugar yet a higher proprietary blend than the flavorless.Compared to its liquid competitor, which a gram of sugar per serving, these are 6-8.Which brings me to where these will really shine.I enjoy as an afternoon sugar fix & fight the bloat.Since they can be carried in a wallet or purse & have over a one year shelf life,Not only are they sweet enough, but you can adjust by how much water you use,It helps with that after lunch belly bloat.You know, the one you get when take out sounds soooo good for lunch then, you want to curl in a ball and nap?It may taste like a popsicle but it IS a pre/pro biotic. The pre part being for smoother digestion.It's not going to have you run for the restroom or stinking up the place, just magically gives you happy belly.I think the misconception with probiotics is, they react like laxatives, which is not true.If you're just starting, definitely try it on a day off and see your reaction.I've talked many people over the fear of being doubled over bc they think they will now pay for a lifetime of bad food choices.That's really not the case. And this is a great way to start, if taste is your fear.At the end of the day~ my life is better with a probiotic, which is why I'm such a fan for others to try.I feel my life slipping backwards when I stop.so Go Live your better life. 4It seems to work very well for meI'm going to jump right in here and say I have no way of proving if this product is effective or not or if it would have the same effect on everyone who takes it, but having said that, it seems my digestion and elimination are improved with this product. I made a HUGE mistake (for me, anyway) a couple of years ago when I went on a plant-based diet for about 15 months. It was all fun and games in the beginning - lost 21 pounds in one month - but then, I started getting stomach pain...a lot. I don't know exactly what was wrong, but I knew I didn't feel any better (energy-wise) on a meatless diet, and boy-oh-boy, was my digestion messed up. I went back to eating small amounts of meat (yes, sorry...hey, even the Dalai Lama eats meat), and started feeling MUCH better. My wife had a health issue for which someone recommended she try this GoLive pre/probiotic. I decided to try it as well, and I've noticed my digestion and elimination are back to normal. We decided to take the GoLive daily for 2 weeks (the amount in 1 box for 2 people), and will continue using it every other day, as the directions recommend, once we're done with the first box. My wife is still taking medication for her health issue, so I can't vouch for her results yet, but in my opinion and experience, it's a good product that seems to do what it claims. 5Highly Recommend This Product!!!!I just recieved this stuff and have had a bacterial infection prior to taking it that I havnt been able to kick despite trying 2 other probiotic products that didnt work. This one started working after the second dose. I'm so thankful for this Company that made this Stuff! Graditude!!!! 5BUYER BEWAREI take a daily pre & probiotic blend for acid reflux issues and have done so for about 6 months. I can usually go 2 days between doses without any symptoms, but any long then there's an issue of bloating + all the other reflux fun. I have used this product before from my local Vitamin Shoppe & have loved it. I am not sure if this is a bad batch since it's been clumpy in every packet, but I have taken 2 packets daily (twice my usual dose) and my body is acting as if I have taken no probiotic. I am very disappointed, especially as this item is not eligible for a refund AND now I am going to have to spend an additional amount to purchase another box in town since I needed this at full strength 3 days ago. So if you're taking this for health issues, I would think twice about buying it from Amazon as it may not work. 2Good but contains sugar and coloringGood product, but I prefer the flavorless one as this berry one contains sugar and coloring (suposedly natural, but it's bright pink). 3
