They are what they are.Okay, they are gauze rolls. They do what they need to do, bandaging wounds. They are not pretty, although they are rolled and packaged neatly. They are not fancy, they are rolls of gauze. The high points for them: 1) They are long enough to be useful, but not so long to be unwieldy. 2) As mentioned before, they are rolled and packaged very neatly. The rolls are tight, and there is not a lot of extra packaging around the rolls, so you can get a lot of them in your first-aid, trauma, jump, blowout, edc, go, shtf, or whatever you want to call it, bag. 3) If you are in to this kind of thing, cost analysis. Yes, everybody's favorite job, bean counting. I am almost positive there are "better" quality rolls of gauze on the market. However, for what they are, for what you get, for their intended purpose(s), and best of all, for how much (little) you pay, you really cannot go wrong. 5Product description is misleading.I purchased this gauge to wrap a wound. I ran out of my gauge bandage rolls and purchased this thinking it would be the same thing. Sadly what I got was not at all what I wanted. This product is thin and does not cushion the wound. It is about 1/5 the size of the other roll I was using. So I had to ask the wound center to purchase an order from their supplier. If you read the description and see the the star rating you wound think it was a great product. But given the fact that it is so thin ( It is only 1 1/2 inches in diameter compared to the bandage that I ran out of which was 3 inches in diameter.) it really does not cushion his wound. I don't like descriptions that are so misleading. If your doctor treats a wound and is not providing all the supplies make sure you ask where you can purchase the same thing. 1Thicker, stretchier and more comfortable than other brands I've recently used!Our family loves that these gauzes are individually wrapped. They're easy to throw in an emergency kit or duffel/work out bag without worrying about germs or bacteria getting into the gauze.Each roll is 4 inches wide and 4 yards long. The entire pack comes with 24 rolls individually wrapped plastic WITH medical tape included! (didn't realize it was included so it was a nice surprise when I opened the package) :) It was nice to see the tape was also individually packaged to keep it sterile.I recently got a bad burn on my hand while cooking and tried using 2 other brands, but the gauze was so thin and the weave was so open that it would take 4-5 rolls to get minimum coverage/protection. Luckily with these, I can use one roll and not worry about have to redress my burn for a solid couple of hours. 5Great value at a great priceI purchased these because I got 24 sterile, individually packaged bandages. The role of tape was a great bonus! They were exactly what I needed to secure the non-adherent pads over the burn cream my doctor prescribed for my 2nd degree burn 2 times a day for a few weeks. I looked for gauze bandage rolls at the store, but they only sold 1 or 2 at a time and would end up being very expensive since I needed so many of them. I was pleasantly surprised to find 24 of them at such a great price. If you're looking for more than a few gauze bandage rolls at a great price look no further. 5Nothing on packaging I received says sterile.Ordered these to use after surgery. Chose these specifically because description says sterile multiple places. Nothing on packaging I received says sterile! Says made in China on multiple places but on 24 rolls and the large bag they came in the word sterile is not found. Returned because I m not using a non-sterile bandage that was made in China!! There were 24 Rolls and they looked ok if you do not need them to be sterile. 1Thick and Strechy A+++++A++. Very high quality thick gauze. Very surprised at quality based on price. The California Home Goods product was superior to the more expensive Curad I had been purchasing. Does not fray or run when cut. The tape isn't the best but for the price- outstanding. 5The product is easy to apply convenient and absolutely comfortable to wearI purchased this product for myself for use on a current injury. Upon my initial use I found the quality of the product an the affordability and exceptional value. I realized the product had so many potential uses I decided to put in an additional order for possible future uses. The product is easy to apply convenient and absolutely comfortable to wear. The product conveniently layers gently upon itself and I found no need to tape the wrap when completed. Every once in a while a product is purchased that far exceeds my expectations. For myself I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to purchase any product made by the company. Bravo California Home Goods 5Good quality and great price, but the "free tape" is ho-hum.Nice bulk package of gauze. Forget the medical tape, it's basically just there so they can make it sound like you're getting a bonus. Just do yourself a favor and go buy the good 3M tape in bulk to pair with this package. The Gauze is fine, decent quality and a very good price. We use this to keep our company medical cabinet stocked, and it's nice to get it delivered from Amazon at a great price. 5It covers my foot nicely, plenty of gauze on the roll (more than ...They are a lot skinnier than I pictured,but then again,I don't know why I expected 4 yards to look thicker...This is an ok quality bandage roll. I recently had foot surgery (tendon repair - ouch!) And use these daily just for coverage and protection. It covers my foot nicely, plenty of gauze on the roll (more than needed for one foot really, but I like a lot on there).One thing, I notice it is very , very thin and even some portions have "holes" or gaps in the roll. (I took pics and posted them here). But, saying that, I am wondering if I didn't cause those holes and gaps by handling it. BUT. THAT being said, It only takes a very gentle touch to cause these gaps, the gauze Is very easily stretched.Regardless, it works fine, those holes and gaps are not affecting its use in any way that i can see.I would buy these again, especially for the great price i paid. 4Wrong ruler - shortNo where near the advertised 4 yds even when stretched to near tearing. Maybe 2.5 yds if that. Low quality material, poor mesh. Go with another brand! 1
