Great for runners!I'm so glad I purchased this! I'm an avid runner and have been running 10-20 miles weekly throughout my pregnancy. I noticed within the last 2-3 weeks (I'm 24 weeks now) that my lower abdomen was sore after a run. I wore this for the first time today for a 6 mile run and NO soreness whatsoever during the run or after. The belt is very comfortable and easy to adjust. Again, so glad I purchased this! 5Not practical for certain activitiesProvides good support for going on walks or exercising (general wear), so that is a plus. But it was impractical to wear around the house while cleaning, as it makes bending down even more difficult. It s also a pain because in most clothes it has to be removed every time you go pee, which for most pregnant women is pretty often. I recommend for certain tasks, but it s not practical to expect to wear most of the time. 3Great product, heled a lot!Product as described, good quality product. Helped with the Braxton Hicks contractions while walking and teaching fitness classes. Supports the belly well and is fairly comfortable. I do not wear against my skin, has to be worn over a tank top etc. I would have given this a 5 if the sizing had been appropriate. I ordered an XL based on the measurements) I was just barely an XL) and it is too large I am only able to adjust the main belt and not the additional compression bands (which does provide enough support). Would be better if the material on the top of the main belt was velcro compatible or the measurements were a little more accurate taking in account of the use of the additional tension bands. 4HelpfulI am a woman who had back problems even pre-pregnancy. Although I lead a pretty active lifestyle I have a disc protrusion in my spine. So when I stand/walk for longer periods of time my back will hurt and during the cold winter months the pain is much more persistent. Add pregnant to the equation and you can imagine my back can get rather uncomfortable a lot. The back braces that I used to wear no longer fit over the baby bump and so I looked for alternatives. This belt definitely does alleviate some of the pain. However, I wish the area that received the most compression could somehow be enlarged. I feel that if it were to cover more of the upper portion of my lower back I would be able to receive even more pain relief. Do note that this belt even if you choose to wear it more loosely is noticeable under form fitting clothing and can be uncomfortable if worn while sitting down. 4Great but make sure what your size is !!I like this belt very much now I have less pain in my back. But the measuring is not accurate. My measuring card is different on the app and also different on the other customer s card. So my belt is little bit small and it will come smaller day after day until the due date. So I have to buy another one . The seller give me card with 20% discount for next purchase but the site in the card is not working. And I cannot use this discount. 4Excellent for RunningI use this belt for running. It has helped me tremendously continue to stay active. I wish I would have bought it sooner. I started wearing this when I was 7 months pregnant and I am currently 37 weeks. I will be running a 5k next weekend at my 38 week mark! The belt has helped keep my baby bump stable and relieved the pressure from baby on my bladder while running! 5Unbeatable Support, Great for RunnersAmazing for athletic pregnant women!! Fits as your belly grows with adjustable straps. I m 36 weeks and have run my entire pregnancy thanks to this belly band. The support leaves me with no aches or pains after a workout. Total game changer as by 22 weeks my pelvis would hurt like crazy after any type of workout. Fits underneath clothing. Great quality, can tell it will last. I would recommend to anyone. Tried other bands and this is by far the best support! 5Not Helpful for me to keep running pregnant.I purchased this belt to continue running during my pregnancy - unfortunately I did not find this belt to be helpful for that purpose.For sizing, I was a size 6 pre-pregnancy. I originally ordered the medium and it just fit at 30 weeks pregnant (I have gained about 20 lbs). I reordered and got the large, and it was a better fit, but still did not work.What I have used thus far into pregnancy is the Bao Bei Maternity Sport band and I would recommend that for anyone looking to keep running while pregnant - I actually found it to me more supportive. 2Fit-Pregnancy Game ChangerI'm currently in my 28th week and have had this since ~19 weeks pregnant. At first, I wasn't really sure I was wearing it right .. if it was helping at all or not with my lower back pain, and it was really uncomfortable to wear as I was constantly adjusting it & moving it back down into place. At about 25 weeks, I finally 'popped' and the fit was much better. I also didn't realize just how incredibly this was helping with running until I forgot it for a 10k run around that same 25 week mark. OMG that was rough. I'm still running strong and this belt is a must as I continue to run for as long as I can throughout the remainder of this pregnancy. **One downside, the velcro really pills up and snags clothing. I have to be really careful about placement of the tension straps and have to keep an eye out for it catching on things. 4Great for my achy backWhen I start to feel achy (30 weeks pregnant here), but I still need to be up and around (toddler. Need in say more?), I slap this bad boy on, and I can get through my day feeling more supported. It's not comfortable for me while sitting, and I can easily see it through clothes, but I usually just need it at home while doing the endless piles of laundry and dishes, so it's all good.I'm 5'8" and a size 6 when not pregnant. When I ordered it, my measurements were for a large. I got the large. I'm happy with it because it fits fine since it can be adjusted (and since i always get really big at the end), but I think a medium would have been a better fit. 5
