4 out of 5These were okay. A bit smaller than I thought, but still fit well. I deducted a star because the frame cracked and the lens fell out of one pair. It was unusual since they had not dropped or been jarred.Update Aug 1, 2015Not happy that the arms broke on most 4/6. These would be nice if extra screws were included.2It works and is the right price.Works. And the price was right. I got these because I needed something a bit stronger than the 2.5s and I didn't want them to look just like the 2.5s I bought. The frames aren't as sturdy as the military style I bought for the computer or the 2.5s wire frames for reading. They also are smaller. If you have a large head, it will be a tight fit. The price made up for the lack of sturdiness and the tight fit. I won't be madly in love with them but I'm happy with them.4Have reading glasses in every room!I got this five-pack because it's so nice to have a pair of reading glasses in every room (I feel like I'm forever putting them on and taking them off). The lens are clear and sharp and the frame is decent looking and good quality. I would buy again if I somehow misplace these five....5FANTASTIC VALUE! Please read!I've been using this type of "readers" to cheat off having to pay for new glasses that I've needed for years, but Medicare pays nothing towards. I need the 3.5, so nearly the highest strength available over the counter. Previously, I just got them at the dollar store, and when the arms broke off in a few months, just recycled them. These are 100% better in EVERY WAY! Granted, I've only had them a short while, but so far they are amazing! The quality of them, overall is so surprising to me at this price point! The lenses are crystal clear, no wavy lines or distortion whatsoever, and are true to the strength I ordered. The frames are quite sturdy, not flimsy at all, and the hinged arms eliminate my main issue and previous cause of breakage! In addition, this eliminates the problem of fitting your face as far as width of the frames, which is a huge issue when ordering online where you can't try them on. The bonus of getting a tinted pair that is adequately dark for outside was great, and rather unexpected. I usually cram a pair of sunglasses over the top of regular glasses to read outside on the deck,, so this was a very nice addition. I may get a set of all tinted, depending on how well this one pair lasts, I guess time will tell. I have a high rate of loss, what with grandchildren, cats, and my own klutziness! If there is ANY downside to this set, it would be the lack of any cases. Even ONE would be a great bonus, but honestly, for the fantastic quality and price, I can just get some back at the dollar store, where I will NEVER buy my readers again! I will, however, see if the same seller has some nice little half-glasses that I can wear when I need to be able to look up to keep eyes on what's going on around me, and not able to fully immerse myself in my book or tablet like these "80's style" frames do. For only about twice the price of the dollar store glasses, the quality of these glasses is ten times the value. The coating used to peel off the frames wherever they touched your head, just about the time they broke. Now I wonder what chemicals were involved in the frame coating and feel confident that THESE frames won't follow suit. Sorry for the long review, but I want others to have confidence in their purchase. I can't say enough good about these reading glasses. They are the best non prescription "cheaters" I've EVER found. I haven't had need to deal with the seller, so can't speak to that, but the product itself has been awesome. I'll update this review as needed. Cheers! Oh, nearly forgot the best part! I have used these for the past few days. I have changed the strength and shape from my previous glasses. So far so good ! They have a larger frame which I like and although the glasses are a little heavier, they are not uncomfortable. The second time I bought the same product (from my "orders" history) and the glasses are so noticeably distorted. 5 pairs.All of them distorted,some more than others. So disapointed because I thought I had found a product I could rely on the consistancy of quality but unfortunately that is not the case.I only write this to let others know.I dont understand why there are so many reviews that contradict each other o a particular item.
