Great value and work wonderfully!My husband and I carry around various OTC medications and this was a great solution - I ordered them after one of his containers exploded all over his backpack. He thought I was crazy, but sure enough, they work great. I carry my extra allergy meds in my purse - and one of my purses has a leather strap to attach to a keyring, which makes the pills that much easier to find if I'm having a reaction. He keeps all of his in his backpack and can identify what's what by color. Ingenious. These work great for smaller pills - larger pills wouldn't fit as nicely. 5Paint chips insideI bought these pill containers a few weeks ago and immediately started carrying a black one with white pills. I had 4 crystal white pills when I put them into the container, and when I checked today, they were a nasty grayish, black color. That can t possibly be safe to ingest. The only reason I chose to leave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the containers can still function to hold other items that you don t plan on ingesting such as money. 2Not waterproofI purchased these to hold pills while paddling. The containers had to be waterproof. I tested several by holding them underwater in a an ordinary drinking glass for an hour. They leaked. I smeared the 0-rings with silicone grease and repeated the test. They still leaked. I then purchased a small polyethylene screw-top bottle from REI that has worked fine. I notice that Amazon also sells small plastic screw-top bottles 1Great productI received the product, no damage, and it works. This is the 4th of this type of product I have purchased, and so far, this one has not 'unscrewed' while on my lanyard or in my pocket. I am happy. 5Handy for emergency cash and pillsI don't carry a purse, so I use these to hold medicine and emergency cash. If I roll the bills just right, I can fit three $20 bills inside. Really handy when I end up at a cash only venue.For some perspective on the size - the diameter/circumference is slightly smaller than a dime, length is 1.5 inches. An AA battery can fit inside the tube, but it's too long and too wide to put the cap on. An AAA battery is also too long for the cap to close. 5Great but a little too smallThese are exactly as they appeared and exactly what I was looking for, but I didn't realize how small they were. I bought them to carry my digestive enzymes, which are fairly small pills, but the pill cases can only fit two of them. That means I will have to keep refilling the pill case daily, which is kind of inconvenient. Other than that, I love them. 4Greatly exceeded my expectations!As inexpensive as these were I was a bit concerned but they have definitely exceeded my expectations. The lids fit easily and the threads are a good fit. If you take a lot of medication they are a bit small, but if you are taking a few pills they are great. I take four in the morning 1 is large. The fit fine but if you need them to fit more than that you might need to take two of them to work for you. 5Tired of carrying pill boxes, bottles and other bulky containers for prescriptions?I really like these little pill viles. They come in different colors so I can color coordinate my prescriptions, they are water proof, light and easy to keep on a lanyard. I am a diabetic and need to take glipizide before I eat carbs. At work, my pill box is in my drawer while food is in the staff lounge and Oh! I will eat this snack and take my pill when I get back to the classroom. Hardly ever happens that way until I started carrying the glipizide in the pill carrier. Now my prescriptions are always with me and I have no excuse for a high A1c! 5purchased to carry a 25 count bottle of nitroglycerin tablets--TOO SMALL!!I had previously purchased a small quantity of screw-top aluminum 'pill bottles' for convenience of transport of a small 25-count bottle of sublingual nitroglycerin tablets. They worked so well I shared my meager quantity with friends who also needed a convenience means of carrying their nitroglycerin tablets without the risk of putting them in a pants pocket and the risk of increased loss of potency. When I reordered the supply, the original product was not available and I ordered these Dxhycc containers. Unfortunately, they are too small to contain a 25-count bottle. Don't waste your money! 3Discolors My MedicationsThe product is well built except for the paint on the inside of the bottle which leaves all my pill with a black haze. 1
