Excellent ProductItem exactly as described. I wanted to use before writing a review. I found after wearing for a week that I had to adjust them when putting them on to get the proper fit for comfort. They work very well. When and if they wear down I would definitely purchase this same item from the company again. I have recommended this product to other people I know who have hammer toe problems. Excellent product! 5Worked for me!My podiatrist referred me to an orthotics specialist for a custom insert to correct hammer toes, which were limiting my standing ability. The orthotic guy said a custom insert would cost $350 and Medicare would not pay as I am not diabetic. I ordered two pair of these inserts for $12 instead. Problem solved! I note these only come in one size and the few unfavorable reviews mostly complain about fit.I highly recommend these. 5That was very painful and my podiatrist said the only way to cure ...My hammer toes were putting dents in my inserts and corns were forming on the ends of my toes.That was very painful and my podiatrist said the only way to cure that was to operate on my toes.Upon hearing that, I went to Amazon for another solution. After reading reviews on Dr. Frederick'sproduct I ordered a set of these and when they arrived they were put to work at once. They havecompletely solved the problem. I don't feel them OR the corns. These had been a blessing bothin performance and money saving. Thank you Dr. Frederick ! 5A Totally Ineffective ProductThis is possibly one of the worst products I have ever ordered from Amazon. There are no directions...just the product in zip lock baggies. These cushions do absolutely nothing for the condition specified for use. They do not stay in place. They are not comfortable. They are only a way for the company to make fast dollars off of trusting Amazon customers. 1The end of my middle toe and its nail was hitting the ground and becoming increasingly painful to walkI have hammer toes that partially straightened with therapy during my growth years but recently age and arthritis are causing them to curl back down. It takes a day or so to get used to them under your toes but the short time getting accustomed is well worth it. No more pain, easy to put on, even with stockings over them, and so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. 5Very satisfied. The comfort as well as improvement on my stride are remarkable.High;y recommend the products for those who like me, have hammer toe deformity in their foot. 5Fast relief from severe hammer toe pain.WONDERFUL relief!! Good to use while around the house or when you're not on your feet much, but if you do a lot of foot travel, think about keeping them home. 4Happy ToesI ordered this hammertoe gel set just before leaving on a two week trip to England where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. I also ordered some other products designed for hammertoes on Amazon just to make sure I had the bases covered. Of all the things in my kit, these were the most useful. Easy to put on and provided separation between toes along with cushioning underneath. Also easy to clean with soap and water and air dry overnight. I've been using the gel sets since returning home (about five weeks total) and they aren't showing any signs of degradation. Only wish I had discovered these sooner! 5Works great!I had the second toe of my left foot surgically straightened to solve a sever hammer toe. Unfortunately, the surgery left the toe pointing slightly up. Over time, the third and fourth toe started to curl under the second toe, which caused pain when standing or walking for long periods. I tried toe tubes with limit success. I ordered Dr. Frederick's Hammer Toe Treatment Set just to try something else. The gel cushions seemed a little insubstantial when I received them, but provided instant relieve when I put one on. I wear only one on the affected foot. The cushion effectively straightened the toes when worn. I have worn the same pad for several weeks now, occasionally washing the cushion. It is holding up well. I just finished a four-mile hike over rough terrain with no pain or discomfort. 5
