The best adult pull-on for men.These are the only pull-ons that my father likes and wears. He is continent, but wears these to feel confident during long car rides, outings, and to bed overnight. He would have never considered wearing adult diapers until I purchased these from a local retailer on sale; after his recent hospitalization. Now he wears these daily because disposables are more convenient and sanitary; especially when dealing with the occasional skid mark. The fit is snug, but comfortable, and the material wears like cloth briefs. I can't even tell that he's wearing diapers under his slacks. Yes, these are definitely more pricey than other diapers, but well worth it. 5OMG what an amazing productI bought these for my dad who had in the past had a stroke and recently fell and broke his hip. I was purchasing the white diaper type product and it just seemed to be so degrading. Here his daughter is having to take care of him in a diaper! Also rip very easily as you pull them up... 2Oh, so normal looking--and comfortable, too!These stretchy, disposable briefs fit well everywhere, including around the upper leg, where other types often are loose. The muted blue or gray colors are nice. The briefs are maximum absorbency and the materials wick away liquid from the skin. The briefs don't leak until beyond the saturation point. They don't show through clothing. They are fairly easy to put on as long as the patient can be positioned so the briefs can be pulled up to the waist. Patients feel as if they are wearing normal clothes, a great psychological boost. These are, by far, the best briefs available now. 5great buy once again from AmazonI buy these for my 92 year old father who is really still in good condition except for "dribbling" (yes he goes to a Urologist every 6 months)...these look like an underwear, colored, and a VERY good price compared to if you bought them in a store..I highly recommend buying these. 5The ULTIMATE in Protection from Both Urinal and Stool IncontinenceI'm a 70-year old male and an 18 year colo-rectal cancer survivor. Until this product became available, I used a variety of personal hygeine products, most recently Depend. These garments are mainly designed for urinal incontinence, so the absorbent panel is positioned more towards the front of the garment. For stool incontinence, I wore the garment rotated 180 degrees so that the longest end of the panel was in the back, not the front. This worked about 80% of the time due to the fact that the gray pert of the garment was not leak proof. In recent months, I'm also encountering some urine dribble in front. The Depend Real Fit garment solves both of these problems giving me a 95% confidence level that I won't have an accident involving having to make a change of street clothes.So if you suffer from urine or stool incontinence, or both, as I do, you need to purchase this product and try it. I usually order 5 x 10-packs about once every 5 weeks, which gives me one per day. 5comfypurchased these to use after a radical prostatectomy. very comfortable. as advertised, sort of a hybrid of briefs that are a diaper as well. interestingly, the inside pad of these seemed softer and more comfortable than the depends 'guards' which i also purchased through amazon. i was pretty sensitive after catheter removal, possibly overly so as the catheter brought on a uti, but the guards were not nearly as usable as these the first couple of weeks. i think as the guards are stuffed into your normal briefs there is also an added pressure that these don't have. so, more roomy and a bit softer feeling than the guards. as i said, a uti may have aggravated the surgery and made me overly sensitive, but i would recommend these for the first couple of weeks post catheter removal.further info, i had a robotic prostatectomy and had very little leakage post catheter removal. these 'underwear' easily lasted a full day and night each. as for sizing, i have a 33 inch waist, and the s/m were perfect and still some room to spare. and btw, this is for 4 packs of 12, or 48 diapers, for about $0.80 each at the current amazon pricing.if you are looking into these for use after a prostatectomy, good luck and good health to you. 5Good for about 24 hoursIt's hard to tell that I'm wearing these Real Fit Depends. I find them fairly comfortable and some days I forget that I'm even wearing them. Still on hot and humid days my underside sweats a lot probably due to the entire outside of the pants is elastic. In other words, they don't breath very well. My waist is a 36 and found that L/XL fits very well. The pants does have a lot of stretch in them which makes for a nice fit. I have found that I have to change these at least daily. They are definitely designed for daily 24 hours use only. As per on the box, "Maximum absorbency designed for comfort and protection throughout your day." It doesn't matter if you have little or no incontinence. By the end of 24 hours, the inside of the pants has already started separating from the rest of the pants. If you don't change them and put on a new pair you will have quite a mess on your hands. The white absorbent material will start falling out and onto the floor. Still I have found them very absorbent but does little to control odor. I have tried putting a pad on the inside to help extend the life of the pants since they are a little on the expensive side. But the padding adhesive just tears apart the inside lining of the pants causing the white absorbent material to go all over the place. 4Can t tell he s wearing them.My husband wears these after surgery and a couple strokes and they fit like real under and look like briefs. The band around the top is substantial and also looks like a regular waist band. They do the job 5Good product - worth itMy husband was diagnoised with Frontal Temporal Dementia at age 60. This didn't affect his memory - and with him still being young and physically healthy no way was he going to wear "diapers". He didn't need protection on a steady basis, only the times I let him drink too much liquid too late in the day and he would have an accident at night. These look like underwear and must feel like it, except thicker and he didn't object to wearing them. He is able to pull them up and down just like underwear so is free to use the bathroom as needed during the day. I am on auto delivery which is working great - always have them and price appx $15 cheaper than I could get them on sale here in my town. No dirty wash building up either, just throw them away. 5
