Excellent costumer service.I didn't have any improvement with my arthritis pain. No enough compression to feel better.UP DATE. Changing my review.The people from the company contacted me and send me a new smaller pair (no charge), this are working much better since they have more compression and keep my hands warm. I get some relief from the arthritis pain. I'm happy now. 5Must buy for hand painI had an issue where my first set of gloves came apart at one of the seams after wearing them for a week. When I contacted support about this problem they replied quickly and were very friendly. They shipped me a replacement pair at no cost to me, which arrived within a couple of days. Some of the best customer service I've ever had, and I'll definitely be buying more pairs of gloves from this company in the future. They do wonders for my hands, and relieve a lot of the pain without crushing my hands to pieces. The sizing chart is accurate, so make sure you measure your hand. They boasted about the copper content, wasn't sure what it does or why, but you can tell they're copper. After wearing them for a while your hands will sweat, and it WILL smell metallic. I got used to it after a bit but it was off putting at first. The rubber ridges on the underside have started to come off, but it's no big deal to me and overall the extra grip is nice. I can even use my phone without taking them off. 5Helps My Wife's Arthritic HandsBought these for my wife to see if they would help reduce the pain in her arthritic hands. She wears them constantly (full fingered and half fingered) and finds that her hands feel better. Don't know if the relief is due to the slight compression, the added warmth, the copper, or the combination, but they help her hands feel better. We will purchase more of these. 5I just received my pair in large this Saturday, ...7/19/17: This company is so responsive to their customers ! I left the question/review when I received my size large, and they reached out right away to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Without me asking, they offered to exchange them for a medium, I received them right away, and they fit great !! The gloves have really helped the pain in my hands at night ! I couldn't be happier !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT AND THE COMPANY - here's the original message I left....... I just received my pair in large this Saturday, and while they seem to be comfy, i'm just not sure about the sizing. There's a little more give than I think there should be, but I cant find anything online about how they're supposed to fit. I'm afraid of exchanging for a medium then they're too tight and uncomfortable. I measured 3.5 across as per instructions and ordered large. Any one else know? 5Fantastic customer service, but not the right product for my handsI purchased the medium sized, full-fingered, non-swipe tip gloves (although I thought I remembered ordering the swipe-tip) about a month ago. I measured my hands according to their size chart, and I was just at the bottom size for medium, so I ordered those.Some of the answers to questions (from consumers) made it look as though the non-swipe full-fingered gloves were touchscreen compatible. They are definitely NOT. Order the swipe-tip or fingerless for this. The company (further down the list of answers) makes this clear.After receiving my gloves, the company quickly contacted me to see how I liked them. I mentioned that I thought I had ordered the swipe tip and also that they seemed a bit too loose; were they supposed to compress more? They answered back quickly and said yes, more compression. They sent along the small swipe-tip size at no extra cost and told me to just keep the medium size ones as well. Excellent service.I have now had the smalls for two weeks or so, but when I try them, they just don't keep my fingers warm enough. I have contacted the company and told them this. It's good to keep in mind that I live in WI with currently below zero temps. I also had frostbite years ago, and do not have joint pain.Here's a quick summary:-If you need touchscreen capability, buy fingerless or swipe-tip. Full-fingered regulars won't work.-If you are at the edge of two sizes, I recommend buying the smaller one.-The company has fantastic service. They will work with you to get you the right product. Message them with questions before buying.-Most reviews say they are great for arthritis and temp regulation. I have no reason to doubt this.-I don't have joint pain. I had frostbite years ago and my chief complaint is cold and numb fingertips. For whatever reason these gloves don't keep my hands as warm as I need them. Also keep in mind I live in WI and it's the middle of winter. Fluffy gloves and hand warmers are working better for this need.-The swipe-tip is finicky. It's a small surface area and you have to finagle it just right to use it.-In my readings, most people with arthritis recommend having a few types of compression gloves for various needs and seasons. Keep in mind these might not be the "one glove fits all" option but more of a "this glove fits a specific need".I am giving these gloves four stars mostly because of customer service. They don't work well for my needs; however, they are a quality product with great service. 4Excellent productAmazing gloves. I'm a trucker with the beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome, and I wear these to drive, then wear braces to bed. I'm VERY hard on my hands, so I've snapped a few of the wires on the fingertips. No big deal, as I was thinking of cutting the fingertips off anyway. For regular use, you should have no problem whatsoever. I put these on and the swelling and pain go right away. I'll be back for more. Very true to size. 5Awesome Customer Service !I purchased a pair of these to help relieve some arthritis I had been suffering from in my hand and fingers. Unfortunately I also needed to be able to use them with my electronic devices. I misread the product description and later found out that the Full Finger gloves do not have swipe tips for the usage of. Electronic devices. I contacted customer service to return them and they told me to keep the pair and they would send me a new fingerless pair finger that would allow me to use my devices. The gloves are Well made and although I ve only been using them infrequently for the last week I have noticed a difference in the discomfort I had been feeling in my hand. Additionally their Customer service is excellent and their responses were prompt and genuinely caring. Big Shout out To Alisa Michelson at their customer Service who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.I plan to purchase more products from them in the future !! 5They Have Saved My Hands(wife replying) I have arthritis in my hands so in the morning when I wake up I can hardly bend them. I bought these gloves and started wearing them to bed at night and now when I wake up my hands do not hurt anywhere close to the way they used to. Still feel a little stiffness when I wake up but no where close to the way they were. I was so impressed I bought another pair so I would make sure I would have them available even when I have to wash them. So glad I found them. 5Great gloves!I purchased these gloves for my mother as she has quite a bit of pain in her hands. She has used them several times and they have helped to lessen her pain considerably. She likes them a lot and uses them when her hands begin to hurt her. They fit her fine and she says that they make her hands feel so much better.
