Great if you're in pain.Had a back injury that wasn't healing fast enough and had an upcoming trip where a lot of walking was involved. I bought this a few days before we left and it really helped relieve the pain I was experiencing while walking. It was much bigger than I needed but I couldn't beat the price of the larger one. I made some modifications to it so it fit better. I don't think I would have been able to do all that walking (over 10 miles a day) without this brace. 5
