I dunno what they do to them but they taste like full-sugar cookies and they're deliciousI think these are literally the only sugar-free cookie I've ever eaten that doesn't TASTE sugar-free. I dunno what they do to them but they taste like full-sugar cookies and they're delicious. My boyfriend has diabetes and he adores these. I've seen people complain they're "rock hard".... I know sometimes they might be overly crispy, but we found that if you just keep the container's lid a little open overnight the cookies soften up by the next day. No rock hard cookies here!5Very tasty, Lower the price or allow sub and save and I would be stocking up in a second!I love these. too expensive yes!! No question about that but (They are the only ONLY sugar free and gluten free cookies that are not some raw food blah blah blah I can find). I am so sad they don't come in other flavors but this flavor reminds me of old school keeblers or nabiscos :D very tasty. a little tiny bit drier feel but I love it especially with some "milk" wouldn't trade it for any other out there. Please if you do one thing insist they expand the gluten free/sugar free market.Aunt gussies really good at making some mass market style cookies :D oh and my bf who can eat anything likes them almost as much as supermarket staples so he approves.. He really doesn't like most things I have to eat so that truly is a compliment5Great cookiesI really enjoyed these and have ordered more. They are rather thin and Crispy but that is one of the reasons I love them so much. The texture and flavor blend well together and the fact that they are sugar free is an added bonus. Give em a try.5Probably my favorite "store bought" sugar free cookies (I'm 26 and have ...Absolutely delicious! Probably my favorite "store bought" sugar free cookies (I'm 26 and have never *purposefully* had any products that use cane sugar so I've had a fair amount of sugar free cookies). They're very crisp and also make great dunking cookies. I also really appreciate that they're made with spelt instead of white flour. A little more expensive than I'd like but definitely not terrible as you get quite a few cookies in each pack.5Fantastic!Absolutely delicious! Many other reviewers have complained about these cookies being overly crunchy or hard. i disagree. these cookies are 'brittle' so to speak, but there are actually very moist and have a dense, satisfying texture. I really, really like them and love the fact that they're actually completely sugar free. the only way they could be better for a low-carber, is if they were made with almond flour instead of organic spelt flour (although spelt is far better than the all-purpose wheat flour most sweet snacks are made of).5Broken cookies again. :-(The cookies taste great BUT the last couple times I ordered they came in pieces instead of nice shaped cookies. I know it's not the companies fault it's the carriers fault. I was promised a free box last time but never received it. My daughter said I shouldn't complain because I'm going to bite them in pieces before I eat them anyway but I was going to give a box or two as a gift and I can't give broken up cookies as a gift so?3Very Tasty, but the Maltitol ...I didn't get a box of broken up cookies like other reviews, and these cookies are very, very tasty. Which unfortunately triggers the too-good-to-be-true law, where depending who you are, you might have unfortunate digestion consequences.Namely, with these cookies, it is the ingredient maltitol. There is even a warning at the end of the ingredient listing, that some people may not react to well to it. It definitely gave me the runs, the whole time I was working on finishing the boxes. ( look up maltitol digestion issues on the internet)I have a feeling, that if I had just stayed with eating two cookies, maybe just for dessert, every other night, and limit it to that, I'd be okay. However I was eating at least 4 or 5 a day (did I mention they taste really good), maybe 2 for my work coffee break, and then 3 for dessert every night.I don't think I'll buy these again, but your digestion mileage may vary and it might not affect others in the same way. I'm going to search the internet for healthy sugar-free, gluten-free dessert recipes, with no artificial sweeteners and go it on my own.4SORBATOL!Why? SORBATOL! The sweetener that causes a mild laxative effect ? MILD!?!? I was as sick as a dog for a day and a half after eating a HANDFUL of some VERY famous sugar free jelly beans. I was in so much PAIN I considered going to the ER. Sorbatol is POISON! And, ANYONE manufacturer who uses this sweetener from 1957 in their products today should be ASHAMED of themselves. There are many non-bowel movement causing sweeteners out there which you can now choose to use. The best? Splenda. Trivia is good, as well. They MAY be a BIT more expensive to use than the poisonous SORBATOL, but do you WANT your customers spending all day on the toilet? It is THAT serious! I ordered four boxes of your cookies. I ate one. Then, realizing I d not checked for the ingredients yet, SPIT IT OUT. Then, I read your ingredients. YOU USE SORBATOL! SHAME on you! You are well aware of the gastric distress Sorbatol causes, that s why you are FORCED to put on your packaging, after your list of non-toxic ingredients that Sorbatol May cause a mild laxative effect . Well, it is NOT mild, you KNOW that, and STILL you subject your customers, who are either diabetic, or just trying to eat more healthily, with a PUNISHMENT for their existing health problems, OR for wanting to live more healthy lives! Why are you DOING this? You are making your customers sick. Some of us VERY sick. All I can hope is that one day you will care for your customers health lives more than you do about the few cents a batch that you may be saving by using this disastrous additives!I hope you come to your senses. Your cookie, before I spit it out on the floor, tasted really nice.1She said they were nice..The delivery of the cookies on 9 Aug was a disaster. The individual packages of cookies within the delivery box were crushed into small crumbs. It appeared that the damage occurred before the cookies went into the box or the original box was damaged and replaced. The package was delivered by a plain SUV and driver. The box was not opened in the driver's presence. I wish to return the cookies and receive a refund.4The best tastingProbably the most fantastic tasting sugar-free cookies I've had. I've ordered this a few times now and still haven't gotten enough. Keep in mind that the trade-off for sugar-free, is that fat is still high and carbs do not go. I can understand for diabetics however that these are a godsend. A bit of a warning, though, try to only eat 2 - 3 a day as the Maltitol can cause a bit of a laxative effect if you eat too many.5
