NooooooooooPlease don t take this. Learn from the horror stories in the comments and runnfast and far away from this level of Biotin. The acne comes fast and even if you have never had bad acne...you will get it and the scars are long lasting and possibly lifelong for those that get cystic acne Look for other things for your hair/nails that doesn t cause such horrible side effects.
