Wonderful but flawed.I love the design and it is very easy to use. When I add the essential oils it makes my house smell wonderful. The only problem is that it is leaking from the bottom. I do think that maybe just this one is defective. But I will definitely buy another one in the future.5Peeling!!!It's beautiful but sadly it's already peeling. ...on its 3rd day of use. I paid good money for this.2Unfortunate design.This is a lovely piece. It s lights are really showey, the steam from the humidifier is quite adequate. The cons, unfortunately, outweigh the pros. After having this for a very short time, there was no steam from the diffuser. This seems to be from a design flaw in the lid of the water tank. Amazon sent a replacement. This worked for a few weeks, then the motor stopped working altogether. I spoke with customer service at amazon. They wanted it shipped back for refund. Still no refund. It s quite sad that this stopped working. I really liked it.1Gorgeous addition to my house! Sooooo beautiful!! Highly recommend it5Love This Diffuser!This is such a pretty diffuser! I got the rose gold color glass and the light portion gives of a beautiful array of slowly changing, calming colors and it looks 3-D. The diffuser works well with a large reservoir for the distilled water to mix with your essential oil drops. Your room is quickly filled with lovely aroma with the glow of the light and it is just delightful! I also like the auto shut-off should your water run dry. And when the diffuser is turned off, it looks like a pretty rose gold colored vase on my mantel. This diffuser was well worth the price; you will love it!5One of my most favorite purchases on Amazon ever (& I've been a Prime member many years!)Update: I've had/used this diffuser for not quite a year and it continues to work well. No problems with lighting, no problems with operation. As I noted in my original review below, I did learn that you need to make sure glass cover is snugly fit or it will leak. However, if you do make sure the glass covers directly fit it will not leak. Still in love with this product after constant use for many months. I've been using regular tap water and not distilled water and it works just fine. A couple of times I overfilled and there was still no noticeable leaks. The only time it leaked is when I did not have it snugly sitting on the base. Still in love w/this.************I'm a long-time essential oil user and I've bought lots of essential oil diffusers over the years. This one is my all-time favorite. Many of its features are common to better made diffusers. For me, the difference is mainly the 3D glass cover & how it lights up - it's really a nice artistic touch to any space. The 3D glass cover, lit from all the leds, is really lovely. You can choose just one color or let the diffuser auto-change colors every few minutes. The glass cover isn't something I've personally seen/owned before and I enjoy it a lot. Two other strong features are it's ability to choose several time-frames for working and it's above average longevity of the water tank, which are found in better diffusers. On the downside, I wish it sat lower on the base, although I understand 'why' it needs those small rubber nodules to balance on. It's easy to add water to the tank, although you need to lift/remove the glass cover each time, as is usual w/most diffusers. The tank is a good size and the motor is nearly silent (better than most diffusers I've owned over the years). I've had this beauty for several months now and it continues to work really well. Very pleased and will likely buy as a gift for family next Christmas!5Beyond satisfied with product/costumer service The first time I purchased this product, it arrived broken. Just look at the video5This beauty doesn't last Wish I'd paid more attention to the bad reviews. They were the ones from people who had the diffuser for a period of time. I've only had it about a month and a half. It's beautiful when diffusing and the light is on. I had it on yesterday, on the automatic setting, so after about 5 hours it shut itself off. I woke this morning to the diffuser flashing it's light all different colors, on and off. It had a mind of it's own! I unplugged it. Now a few hours later, I go to plug it back in and the lights won't work, the diffuser was slow to get going. It's basically dying I fear. I no longer trust it to be left on or plugged in. It's out of the return window by a few weeks , of course. Huge disappointment is an under statement. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.2Mesmerizing! This is absolutely gorgeous. We can t stop staring at it. I wish I had one for every room. And it works better than any diffuser/humidifier I ve ever had. Well worth the money.5GorgeousWow! It's absolutely gorgeous! So far it works very well but I'm gonna be extraordinarily careful with this humidifier. I've seen many different reviews on humidifiers just like this one & they're not built to last for very long which is very shady on the manufacturers part. For the price that you pay for these items, they should be able to last for at least a good twelve years with replacement parts that are easily accessible & inexpensive with a manufacturers guarantee. I don't put too much water in the tank because theres been complaints that it leaks from the bottom. I'll only use distilled water with very little essential oil. Plus, I'll just leave it on automatic for both the water tank & the lights. It's breathtakingly beautiful & it works wonderfully!...for now. I'll update this review if it stops working properly.5
